Think of it as a huge fart to relieve pressure.

It was basically a huge floating power plant
First world problems
edit:
Why do you need to switch three games for a new one?
Two I get but three?
I' don't play any of those. No point keeping em around.
I have no money also, it's an unfair way to get Deus Ex but it works for me.
I thought I read something about them injecting iron into the ocean or something...

Ion seeding, sorry to correct but still, yeah.
I remember when (riots) [sp]I was helping out the policeman who called in the bomb threat during the riots and you have to go find the dick who's doing it[/sp], I was going for the knockout in the sewers so I tranq'd him which missed and had to stun him before he made mincemeat of me, thought I got the non-lethal so [sp]went back to the policeman and he got :( with me because I killed him[/sp]. Turns out when I went back to investigate his body fell into the sewer water and his corpse drowned, killing him.
All my rage.

Did he fall in the electrified water? Because I KO'd some guy in the sewers and left his body in unelectrified water throughout my entire time in Detroit and he was stayed alive. :v:
Been playing HR recently and I've decided that I really need to play the first one to understand HR a bit better.
Is swimming useful?
Hahahahaha
no

I bought the Augmented Edition from Gamestop on release and it didn't have an Onlive card
You guys think I can get that $50 coupon with only the receipt?
Goddamnit I just finished my super stealthy playthrough and didn't get Pacifist or Foxiest of the Hounds. I didn't kill anyone, checked every body I used the tranq gun on and they were all unconscious, and never did any of the side quests where you kill people. I never caused any alarms, was never spotted at all by any bots/cameras, and never had any enemies go hostile, aside from the [sp]insane augs on Panchea[/sp].
Fuck.
My second playthrough hasn't gone the way I expected it to.
I killed a police officer to get more rifle ammo, which made the rest of the city hate me, so I killed everyone else in Detroit.
Now I'm trying to stack every object, so I can get on the monorail.
The IAs on Pankhia count as enemies for the Foxiest of the Hounds I think, but you should've gotten Pacifist if you're sure you haven't killed anyone. Someone might just as well have fallen into electrified water, or a tranq'd sniper might have fallen off a roof. I haven't finished my stealth playthrough yet, but I'd advise you not to use the tranq gun as much, but rather, sneaking around as many as you can and Qing the others, that makes sure they don't die from some random shit.

I kinda wish they'd made more levels like Picus or other corporation buildings, I love the thief-esque feeling and tension there is to those, and I'd play this if it was about secret corporate warfare and had nothing to do with the game's actual story as well.

I only used the tranq gun on the IAs and like 2 other people in the game and none of them fell off of anything or died
Well I doubt that the game would just make a mistake on something like that, you gotta have fucked up somewhere.
Also HR has the worst [sp]electronic sentiences[/sp] in the whole series.

One of the reasons we love Deus Ex.
Also I approve of your avatar.
Just beat the game in 33 hours, didn't really like the final showdown but the ending felt good.
I want to pick this game up, but I don't have $60 to spend right now. Gah, it's killing me.
Maybe I'll borrow it from a friend... If any of my friends actually own a PS3.
lol check out the comments on my video

do what I intend to do
trade in worthless games you never play
it's a scam but it's a good scam
Has anyone decoded the encrypted message ingame yet?
Speaking of code, I can't get into deusex.com now.
Has anyone decoded the encrypted message ingame yet?
They've been working on it in a thread on the official forums. So far, they've at least partially decoded the message and it lead them to a website for Belltower.
