Deus Ex: Human Revolution V3 - I Never Asked For This - Games

So how far am I after the first boss, I am still doing alot of missions in Detroit. But I am curious because I feel I have unlocked jack shit in terms of augmentations.

The bot might be a bit more difficult although you may be able to use the explosives sitting around the site if you don't have a powerful weapon.

Small question: Is there any penalty for beating up every person I see on the street? Its like the grand slam festival when I'm around. (Gotta use all those protein bars after all) A simple yes/no would suffice.

Hmmm, what happened to the cutscene with Megan saying I love you? Seems like it was cut when you meet her. Also, the relationship between the two felt too cold. There's like hardly any connection.

Just completed it with 21 hours game time in total, I feel like I missed quite a bit though, there were at least 4 or 5 areas I just breezed through without exploring and several side-quests I missed. I completed all the ones I could find though. I still crave more, time to do another playthrough on the hardest difficulty and play differently then I guess, a soldier maybe?

I thought this was quite apparent, considering how Eidos Montreal stated this themselves. Plus, that e-mail, as Sommoch already said, is at the start of the game - when everyone is alive.
