Deus Ex: Human Revolution V3 - I Never Asked For This

Bought this game yesterday, it's very cool and fun to play. How close am I to beating it? I pretty much just killed [sp]Barret[/sp]
He say no fun deal with me, I make him poor so I buy crossbow and shoot him in head.
[sp]So me dying at the Fedorova boss battle is pretty much canon for me because I cannot get past it. :( Me, dumb as I am, didn't invest in dermal armor even though I'm playing on the hardest difficulty.[/sp]
We were arguing about Namir fucking Megan recently, and I composed my argument. Spoilers about Megan in tags.
[sp]Jaron Namir moved in on Reed after Adam broke up with her. She still had feelings for Adam so when they kidnapped the scientists and Reed ran away Jaron beat the living shit out of Adam. He was obviously enjoying it. And when he had completely dominated him he put a bullet in his brain in front of Reed.
When you fight Jaron, Adam mentions Reed. Jaron then says something like "You can never get what you want most." or some shit. My theory is that trying to murder Adam ruined any chances of Jaron and Reed hooking up. If they were in a relationship already it probably killed it. When Reed hear Adam coming in and thinks it's Jaron, she obviously has little bit of comfort in Jaron's company.[/sp]
[sp]That lines actually refers to his guilt over losing his sister when Israel was conquered. It's explained in the novel.[/sp]

[sp]Anything explosive works best against bosses. I didn't invest into dermal armor and I was pretty annoyed at that battle as well. I used peps + around 100 bullets of combat rifle and one or two EMP nades against her. That worked fine. If you have any better firepower, use it. EMP her and use it, then run away. Rinse and repeat. Bosses in this game have very specific pattern. They are not that smart. Use that.[/sp]
Yeah I also laughed at the elevator in Sarif's office. It has the same code as the UNATCO van from the first game.
The 0451 thing is actually a minor running joke. It's in System Shock 2, Bioshock, Deus Ex and a few others
Is it just me or was the story stitched up in a hurry? There feels like there's some missing content (like cutscenes that would fit in around the intro, seen in the trailers), and there's a few moments where the characters can't figure out the obvious (especially Jensen), until it's practically thrown into their face.

Wait a second, Israel was conquered in the novel?

[sp]When she starts charging at you, sprint around a corner. She'll do the typhoon thing and you'll hopefully be out of her range. She stands there like a retard for a few seconds so you have an opportunity to pop her in the face a few times with the shotgun. Rinse and repeat.[/sp]
Calm down. He never said you did. But he said that the things you say are "easy" (for which you get XP) are stealthy, and thus the opposite of that is "not stealthy" - possibly running in through the front door shooting.
His point was that you get XP for playing in a way where you need your augs - if you are all fine without them, you don't need to get as much XP as you don't have any use for it.
I said in the post that I was being stealthy, he didn't read it.

There's also Upper Hengsha, Montreal and India hubs missing, so don't be so surprised.

I can't speak for the Novel, but in game the eBooks talk of what happened with Israel.
Wait a second, Israel was conquered in the novel?
It's given a passing mention in the novel and a few ebooks ingame. Apparently once the oil ran out in Saudi Arabia, shit went down and the Islamic countries banded together for economic security. They also curbstomped Israel in the process.

Philadelphia was also rumoured to be in it as well.
I said in the post that I was being stealthy, he didn't read it.
He did, and then he explained to you why you get so much XP for crawling through vents and shit.

[sp]Cool. Yeah I got a heavy rifle, a few hundred bullets, and I found some EMP nades in the lockers. I'll keep trying.[/sp]
I said in the post that I was being stealthy, he didn't read it.
He did read it, you didn't.
He didn't say you weren't stealthy, he just explained why you get "easy XP"
I hated how I spent ages finding out who'd been stealing neuropozyne from the labs and adam still acted surprised when the guy owned up.
I tried going to pritchard or even sarif to see if I could tell them who it was, but nothing happened.

Was he too stupid to realise that I already knew this? Why even use that as a response unless he was insinuating that I was playing as if it was cod or some shit.

Just relax and take it easy man... you are going to get a stroke or a heart attack like that...
also, going gun blazing is a legitimate way to play the game (and a fun one I might add)
[sp]Cool. Yeah I got a heavy rifle, a few hundred bullets, and I found some EMP nades in the lockers. I'll keep trying.[/sp]
[sp]Eliza also says "Run adam" whenever Federova is about to charge into you/following you. Also if oyu have EMP shield aug, you could stand around coolant thingies and she could charge into them, paralyzing you and sending electricity through the water on the floor.[/sp]

How is that on topic at all?

Yeah, I was disappointed that reading any info didn't update any sidequest or give a new one, like it generally happens in RPGs. Reading stuff only informs you, no one else in the game. :(
So i vent to the Primus TV level with no ammo and 1 battery...
What the hell was i thinking.....
+ i didint invest in cloack
How is that on topic at all?
It's not, but you really need to relax.
It's not, but you really need to relax.
What does that have to do with anything? Are you dense? Does this look like general discussion/drug forum to you?

Oh shut the fuck up.
Maybe you should turn the PC off and chill out for a while. You're gonna die young if you get your blood pressure so high over something so little.
What does that have to do with anything? Are you dense? Does this look like general discussion/drug forum to you?
My point exactly.
I think he's trolling, judging by the few days old account, constant insults and apparent rage from nowhere.
Avatars fit for both of you.
Just sayin'

How am I trolling exactly? I make a critique of the game and suddenly I get raped by fanboys.
