Deus Ex: Human Revolution V3 - I Never Asked For This

I just finished this [sp]went with Sarif's ending, I just felt like everyone has the right to choose to be who they want to be[/sp]
Have anyone thought about how Adam would be like in a relationship with Reed? Just seems so strange, especially with his voice, its hard to imagine how they were together.
He never asked for this.
Surely, Reed properly stayed on that base, and plus, she properly feel pissed that Namir is dead.

[sp]Why would she be pissed?[/sp]

[sp]She probably started fucking Namir since she thought Adam was dead and she couldn't bring him back.[/sp]
After [sp]reaching Picus Comms in Montreal, I was hoping that you'd get to explore Montreal for a bit.[/sp]
[sp]they had to cut it for time or some shit, but yeah the devs would have been hella disappointed[/sp]
Is it possible to do the Cloak & Daggers sidequest following O'Malley instructions? Kill T-Bag with the crossbow then plant it in Derelict Row?

[sp]He has a wife and kids. When he says the "men like us" line he is referring to his dead sister. If they had spent even half the time elaborating on the bosses in the game like they did in the book, people wouldn't come to this conclusion but I can understand how people have.[/sp]
My major gripe with this game (well, minor perhaps) is how wank the hair on characters looks. Not even alpha textured on most people, just flat vaguely rectangular polygons
Sorry if this is a question that has been repeatedly asked recently, but is anyone else's DXHR crashing a lot? It seems like I cant play for more than 5 minutes without it happening. It's definitely not my computer because I could easily max it a few days ago.
I had this -update graphics drivers, don't run it in dx11 mode

Ah, sorry then, I should probably read the book sometime.

Its totally worth the read, really elaborates on the boss characters a lot more and its just well written overall.

[sp]Even though it's unlikely that this happened, I still think Megan could've done that. I mean holy shit, Adam barely survived the Sarif attack and his main mission was to find Megan, dead or alive. He stayed so true to her and when he finally got to her after so much trouble he finds out she's very comfy in there and Megan herself doesn't even give two fucks about love. Instead of a hug all Adam gets is Megan asking to deal with Darrow and even after that she still ends up working with Page.[/sp]
I'm just wondering, probably a dumb question, but does the steam augmented edition come with the extra weapons, mission and credits? Or is it just the bonus art book and movies and stuff?
WHAT IF THE [sp]BABY FROM THE TEASER/SARIF's ENDING IS PAUL DENTON[/sp]
WHAT IF THE [sp]BABY FROM THE TEASER/SARIF's ENDING IS PAUL DENTON[/sp]
Maybe, I mean [sp]Paul and JC are clones of Adam.[/sp]
WHAT IF THE [sp]BABY FROM THE TEASER/SARIF's ENDING IS PAUL DENTON[/sp]
[sp]That one had very visible augmented bones. If it was Paul, he's about half steel. And since it's a fairly silly idea to give a baby augments (for various reasons too obvious to list here), I'd say it's more symbolic than anything.[/sp]
Just watched that playthrough of "Unreal Revolution".
Is it just me or is the person who made that mod a really butthurt die-hard DX1 fan?
I mean, he even gets annoyed at the fucking WINE BOTTLES.
"why the devs felt to include internet memes from 2006 in a game that takes place* in 2027 is beyond me."
Why are people clamouring for a remake of Deus Ex 1?
Why ruin the fond memories of so many people by possibly injecting modern gameplay elements and "innovations" into an old PC game?
Why tell the exact same story with the exact same characters when you could introduce new story arcs and characters with new games and episodes?
I have to be honest here and i know people will dumb me or whatever for saying this but after i played deus ex hr i felt the need to play deus ex 1. So i went to get it.
When i started playing i was "alright this is pretty cool, nicely made for the time".
But when i finished the tutorials and started the game it just felt weird. It didn't feel like a game that wants you to do shit in your own way. The aiming was so slow and the levels were so big.
Now i realize that the aiming was slow because the skill was low, but it just frustrated me after the very nicely done human revolution with the cover system and all.
I understand your point but i am sure i am not the only one that would like to see a remake because i have not played the original before getting spoiled.
So people watched the Missing Link DLC trailer?
Who do you think the guy and girl on the ship are?
DXHR basically IS a remake. It just weeded out all the bad parts of the original game and added a few things that made the gameplay a lot more enjoyable and less punishing. Even the way the game progresses in both DXHR and the original game is almost identical.
I'd like to hear the reason why you're rating this post dumb.
Well this is ridiculous. People are charging $80 for the Xbox and PS3 augmented edition, and upwards of $160 for the PC augmented edition. What the fuck?
I'd like to hear the reason why you're rating this post dumb.
Well other than the fact that the story is different, majority of characters and places, time frame, abilities and weapons. Halo aniversary is a remake of Halo CE because its a 'remake' of it. DEHR is a prequel, therefore would have similar gameplay and themes. learn the difference.
WHAT IF THE [sp]BABY FROM THE TEASER/SARIF's ENDING IS PAUL DENTON[/sp]
[sp]Its symbolic of total evolution through augmentation. If you watch the original teaser with the fetus in it you'll see that its name is emile.[/sp]
Edit
I'm just wondering, probably a dumb question, but does the steam augmented edition come with the extra weapons, mission and credits? Or is it just the bonus art book and movies and stuff?
No, please read the product page on Steam and you'll find out what you get.
It's getting annoying to have people keep asking if the Steam version comes with the pre-order weapon kit and mission pack when all you have to do is read the product page.

You know, this is one more problem that would make DE:HR more enjoyable if fixed. If they gave us more info about the bosses we could understand them better. Seriously, when [sp]Namir said "Men like us etc."[/sp] it sounded cool and deep, the music helped, too. But it also felt kind of out of place, when you find [sp]Megan[/sp] in the next room.
