Deus Ex: Human Revolution V3 - I Never Asked For This
Unless [sp] you get the code from Darrow, then just get past the turrets, go around to the otherside of the booths, facing Zhao and enter the code. Then just sit on a wall out of the way of the electrical floor surges and then as the system overloads, the glass will break - allowing you to kill Zhao. [/sp]
I honestly did not know that. I [sp]got the code from him both of my playthroughs, but I defeated Zhao by taking out the three people hooked up to the machine both times. I thought the code was for disabling the lockdown.[/sp]
I imagine [sp]destroying Panchea. All the others just don't line up correctly.[/sp]
Well [sp]by the time of the first Deus Ex, mech augmentations are pretty rare and nano augs are beginning to take over. All endings could make sense by time of the first game.[/sp]
So what ending for Human Revolution is canon?
I was under the impression that [sp]blow it all up[/sp] was the most likely canonical ending.
I don't remember finding the codes for those last turrets
they were really weird
why were they like that?
In DX1, [sp]mechanical augmentations are pretty rare. They only people that use them are government agents and criminals that presumably got them off the black market. This means that the Sarif ending cannot be canon.[/sp]
What I don't understand is, why do they call it a Mexicantown?
As someone who has lived in the States for less than a year now, I already know that here, we don't call it a Mexicantown.
We call it a Barrio.
Were EM racist? Were the simply uninformed of the real terms? Is it meant to show how society has changed in 2027?
Or is that what they call it in Canada?
Blues no longer have avatars? What the hell, man. I liked a lot of their avatars!
The funny thing is, while we were constantly shooting each other up, I kept thinking "What the hell is he trying to say?" So, while I went behind cover and let my guard down for a bit, I heard almost everything he said. Kind of difficult staying alive, but it made me feel bad that I couldn't just talk him out of the fight. I felt bad about [sp]not being able to get Mantis to talk, or stay alive for that matter. She seemed to have a lot of potential, but dammit, all I hear her utter is a death rattle.[/sp]
Again, Faridah>Megan
it's easy as fuck to stay alive. Just keep walking around. He will climb over the walls and shit or throw grenades when he sees you. I beat him [sp]by walking around the middle wall and have him climb over it intill he died.[/sp]

I beat him by pressing the takedown button.
[sp] Destroying panchea or the sarif ending are both canon. [/sp]
[sp]There is no right or wrong ending. Sarif one is the one Adam is most sure about however.[/sp]

[sp]From what I can tell, they are only rare because of the huge economic collapse that happened in the 2030s.[/sp]
I beat him by pressing the takedown button.
You can't. Unless maybe you already hurt him. Or perhaps you were playing on easy.
Right?
You can't. Unless maybe you already hurt him. Or perhaps you were playing on easy.

You can. I was playing on the hardest difficulty and I did the "twist the head around" takedown on him.

It could just be that augmentation technology advanced quickly enough to make mechano-augs obsolete by the time Deus Ex 1 happens.

There is a place in the Detroit area called Mexicantown
maybe there was literally a town called "mexicantown"
That would be a stupidass name for a town.
That would be like naming a city Chinatown.
Also to Mr.ucatntakdunboss3:
Yes, yes you can, no matter the difficulty.

Erm... Why call it a Mexicantown when the term used almost nationwide is "Barrio"?

Wow, I'm so glad you're from 20 years in the future and can tell us that national lexicon will not have changed then.
That and I think that Mexicantown, if it was referring to a 'Barrio', was the name given to a specific one.
You can. I was playing on the hardest difficulty and I did the "twist the head around" takedown on him.
I did that and he flipped over me and wrecked my shit with his plasma rifle.

But when you do that to bosses they just own you back harder.
Or can you take them down if you take that multiple enemy attack? I didn't take that.
Does anyone have the [sp]namir[/sp] boss battle song?
pm me it

[sp]Definitely not Taggart's. That would give the Illuminati a lot of power and by DX1 they had run out of a lot of steam. Its emphasized in the book that during HR time, its glory days of the Illuminati.[/sp]
Posting the link to the soundtrack:
Three parts, the first two parts are 400mb and the third is about 156mb.

[sp] Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought a lot of the old Illuminati either went to MJ12 or were killed off.[/sp]

[sp]Most of them followed Page to MJ12, yes.[/sp]

You could use that program previously posted here that unzips all the packages in the game.

[sp]Some defected to MJ12. I wanna know more about Megan's involvement in all of this now. For example did Paige have her do shit without the rest of Illuminati knowing or what.[/sp]
[sp]Most of them followed Page to MJ12, yes.[/sp]
Most certainly.
I know a game can't be bad if I can't stop playing until it's 3 AM.

A link would be appreciated.

[sp]according to the after-credits, she helps MJ12, the part of Illuminati that's working with technology for internet surveillance and stuff, build(?) Morpheus that would be the base of Daedalus(?). And perhaps something with the Gray Death too?[/sp]
also, avatar. I never had a choice to what happened to it.
[sp]Is Everett the head of the Illuminati during HR? Or is it Lucius DeBeers?[/sp]
[sp]Is Everett the head of the Illuminati during HR? Or is it Lucius DeBeers?[/sp]
