Just beat the game. Loved basically every moment of it, probably going to replay it after I get rid of my RO2 fix and finish Dead Island.
Jensen is unfamiliar with panic rooms as he is the only one in the entire building without a panic room in his office.
If he had a panic room it would be like the size of an air duct. His office is so fucking small
Yeah, jumping is a bit weird in this game. A game touting multipath approach to an objective and protagonist that can jump 3 meters high, you'd figure he would be able to also jump further and get into hard to reach places. Thinking about this, I'd probably get boxed, but I wouldn't mind if you could actually use hands and move along the ledges, AC or SC style. I mean really, stealth is kinda big part of the game, and you only get basic jump here and crouch here system + cover, no grabbing, proning or any of that sort. Felt a bit too rigid for me. I wouldn't mind if it used battery, like heavy lifting or quiet walking does.
Yeah, it's not like there's a jump enhancement aug in the game.
Well, that was just a bad moment, Pritchard kind of got in the way at that point
I was all like PRITCHARD YOU FUCKIN ASSHOLE GET A HAIRCUT

Two of the side quest though [sp] I knew I was going to return to Detroit and figured I could finish them then since my hacking skill was not high enough to hack the safe for the mother and I was really encompassed by the main quest to finish the others at that moment.[/sp]

Favorite thing to do in the game, take a turret set it to fire at enemies and carry it around. A shield that shoots anything that moves.
I kept seeing a face.
.__.
What the fucks an Invisible War
Gonna start again and try to find any game breaks or map abuses. But I've heard the devs invisible-walled quite vigorously.
Yeah, it's not like there's a jump enhancement aug in the game.
Yeah, it's not like it makes you jump higher only.
Yeah, it's not like it makes you jump higher only.
This game is not a fucking platformer. Just deal with it.
[sp] I don't necessarily mean watch Jensen just bitch at her. I mean I wish there was some more character/relationship development between the two. A lot of questions are left at the end and Megan just disappearing to work on the D project or w/e just seems pretty weak. Also, I raged at the end of the TYM level when they pull that "people underestimate women" bullshit. Jensen would not act like that, I fucking hate it when games companies define characters behaviour in cut scenes - totally out of player control.[/sp]
[sp]i was under the impression Adam and Megan were in a relationship but broke up before the game started. Mainly because she said he would fence her yard or something.[/sp]
It doesn't seem like there would be many houses with fences in that city.
How fucked up is it that when I got sent to China for the 2nd time, the belltower guards (not regular Police) they seem gray in the minimap, plus they recognize me from the last time? And they start yelling at me/shooting at me if I go anywhere near them. So, does this mean I have to sneak around the China now that I'm visiting the place for the second time? I even knocked out a guard in the middle of street and surprisingly the civilians didn't go into panic-mode.
This game is not a fucking platformer. Just deal with it.
That's not the point. You can say same thing about everything. "Cloak doesn't hide you completely!" "It's not GR Future Soldier. Just deal with it." ":(" (I know cloak does hide you, it's just an example) I'm also not asking for 10 meter jumps forward, but it seems a bit weird to be able to jump very high but not further. It's literally the same thing just at an angle.
How fucked up is it that when I got sent to China for the 2nd time, the belltower guards (not regular Police) they seem gray in the minimap, plus they recognize me from the last time? And they start yelling at me/shooting at me if I go anywhere near them. Belltower guards I think, not regular police there, them I can talk to at least. So, does this mean I have to sneak around the China now that I'm visiting the place for the second time? I even knocked out a guard in the middle of street and surprisingly the civilians didn't go into panic-mode.
Pritchard tells you they're looking for you. Weren't you listening?
It doesn't seem like there would be many houses with fences in that city.
Seeing as you can apparently go from Detroit to Hengsha within the hour, it's no too big a leap to assume she lives somewhere else.
Pritchard tells you they're looking for you. Weren't you listening?
Yeah yeah but I still thought it was weird. I'm gonna go play now.
Who listens to pritchard's noisy duck voice anyway.
I really love when you find out the reason he hates you. Well, atleast one of the reasons. [sp]When he is not in his office in the riot-time Sarif Industries, hack his computer and read his emails.[/sp]
I really should start the game all over again and actually read the emails of the computers I'm hacking. By the way did anyone else find the reference to the Skull Gun in Human Revolution ?
I really love when you find out the reason he hates you. Well, atleast one of the reasons. [sp]When he is not in his office in the riot-time Sarif Industries, hack his computer and read his emails.[/sp]

Mr Pritchard, Thank you for submitting your show concept and script treatment to Picus TV, we have duly reviewed your submission and regret to inform you that there is currently no interest in developing a program of such a nature. In fact, Mr. Pritchard, as this is your fifth (remarkably similar) show proposal in twelve months it behooves me to be honest with you re: your prospects with Picus TV. It is very difficult for us to imagine how a 13-episode dramatic series built around the "Nightly coding exploits" of "Nucl3arsnake: Hacker extraordinaire" would appeal to our target demographic. Our viewers are looking for action, mystery and suspense. They want a hero who's not afraid to get physical, rather than one who skulks un the shadows and ducks for cover behind intellicam. To be honest, the main character seems somewhat underhanded and obsequious. A very popular character-type is the policeman. Or even better the ex-cop who still upholds the law. This is the type of protagonist people can warm to and cheer for. You should give this serious consideration. Sincerely, Celia Patte Editor Picus TV"
Poor Pritchard.
And I thought it was an actual legit reason to hate Jensen. Nope, just Pritchard being a geeky prick again.
