Is there a huge difference in the game between ps3 and pc? I'm not ready to upgrade my pc.
Not possible. Using computers makes you invisible to NPCs
In the first Deus Ex, after taling to Maggie, her maid would ask you to leave. If you refused and walked around, she would follow you. After accessing/hacking the computer in the room on the far right of the top floor, she would attack you with a shotgun.

Its more colorful then the PS3 version. The PS3 version seems to have slightly less color, nothing else. Theres a vid on youtube with the comparison between both systems. I like the 2 actually. I just finished this, and [sp]MY GOD THAT WAS AMAZING. First game that actually made me wonder about what I should do, especially in the final bit. I chose Sarif's ending, and I think I got the good one, I was trying to be pacifist, however I would kill if I was forced. I do find people who try and control/stop technological advancement, it's rediculous.[/sp]
Feels good, going to do foxiest of the hounds next. Any advice ?
Don't let any turret or camera see you and you will be ok.
Finished the game twice and got every achievements, both times on the hardest difficulty settings, definitely GOTY
Feels good, going to do foxiest of the hounds next. Any advice ?
I did all 3 (Pacifist, Legend and Fox) in one go. The alarm one is tricky and to be honest allowing yourself killing enemies doesn't make it that much easier. Remember that you only fail if an enemy sets off an alarm by the hand button/scanner or a camera gets destroyed or captures you for too long. Best way is to avoid enemy contact and if you get the option, hack and disable the scanners before enemies enter the area (I think only place you can do that properly is at [sp]Picus[/sp]).
Guys I dislike the battery system, is there a mod to charge all batteries?
I've only found 2 energy snacks in the whole game, I'm not very good at finding them.
I've only found 2 energy snacks in the whole game, I'm not very good at finding them.
They are admittedly quite well blending with the environment. Just get close to tables and it should get highlighted.
Well if augs really integrate themselves into society in the future then energy bar companies' profits are going to rocket.

Over all i think this was a really damn good game, but pretty much everything towards the end just felt way too rushed, and the ending was just a complete disapointment. And also i think the energy system is just horrible, melee takedowns were hilariously bad, only boss that was not hilariously easy was the third one, and that was only because of you know what, most of the "plot twists" were incredibly easy to predict, and unlike the original there was nearly no choice in how to do things and what your character could in this one. And, as per standard with prequels, there were quite a few timeline issues with the original.

I found those little fuckers out of pure luck. I was skulking around there and I could hear them and on the off chance that I passed my crosshairs over that little section, I found them.
Can I ask how the melee takedowns were hilariously bad? If you are talking about the fact they were pretty noisy yet enemies didn't hear them then only thing I can say...
Can I ask how the melee takedowns were hilariously bad? If you are talking about the fact they were pretty noisy yet enemies didn't hear them then only thing I can say...
The deadly takedowns alert all of the nearby enemies while a non-lethal takedown is always the most silent takedown.
What the fuck?
First boss, all i need to say is machine pistol. Second boss, just use mark and track and suddenly she is easy as hell. And last boss was so easy i almost cried, i only used my revolver which i had upgraded with explosive ammunition. As for the melee, four more things other than the one you mentioned. First, it took energy, which because of the terrible energy system is very very bad, mainly because it took an entire energy bar and therefore you cannot regenerate it. Second, just the pure fact that they are takedowns. Third, it happened so often that when i melee'd someone they clipped through like a wall or window or something. Fourth. TIMESTOP.

For every other boss, I just upgraded my revolver with explosive ammo and killed them in 5 seconds as they stumbled over their own feet with each explosion v:v:v

If it was as easy as just shooting him a lot, then I wouldn't have got so frustrated. Didn't know about using mark and track for the second boss - When I tried using it on some of the cloaking enemies, it stopped working. Last boss you hardly needed weapons at all, the [sp]zombies[/sp] weren't much of a threat, I just needed a couple of EMP grenades for the bots. As for takedowns - Eidos stated that they needed the takedowns to use energy because otherwise it would have just been too easy if you could use them any time you wanted. Your second point is you just being dumb and elitist. Clipping through walls was rarely a problem for the enemies, although I do recall a couple of times where Adam himself would clip into a wall if, say, I walked around a corner to take them down. And timestop? What timestop? If someone sees you taking someone down then they'll react instantly and you're likely to get a face full of bullet.
Are there any melee weapons at all?
Are there any melee weapons at all?
Fridge.
That's disappointing , there is a lack of non-lethal weapons.
