There has to be something wrong with the leak/your hardware combo, because it really doesn't require a powerful PC. From your steam profile I can see you play STALKER CoP which is much more hardware demanding than DX:HR so I guess it's just the leak being buggy, the retail version should run no problem.
Also your steam community link is kind of broken, just type the username in the box instead of the whole URL
