And the DLC: http://store.steampowered.com/app/201280/
Well derp im 60 cents off to get that DLC :<
I just bought the Missing Link DLC for 4 bucks. Played it right now and I have an insanely low rate of FPS. Althrough the main game runs perfect on this laptop on max settings. (I can even play Battlefield 3 on Ultra) Does anyone know how to fix this? Turning down the graphics works but I don't want to play it with that.

the devs said missing link was better graphically due to better experience with the game engine.
the devs said missing link was better graphically due to better experience with the game engine.
That doesn't explain it at all.
Saw DX:HR for £10 should I get it?
Saw DX:HR for £10 should I get it?
No, shit game.
No, shit game.
Ok thanks.
That doesn't explain it at all.
Which means it'll increase hardware recommendations.
not as drastically as that though
I actually had better framerate in the DLC.
Can I see Tong now?
Got this game today, the characters jerk around like they really need to pee.

Crouch + slow movement mode.
Throwing shit into their vicinity works well too.
You guys are welcome to join the Steam group: http://steamcommunity.com/groups/facepunchdeusex
Add me plz. Mariner1712 Speaking of which, this level bothers me in only one way: the requirement to not "alert anyone" that I'm there. Wouldn't that requirement make more sense if they had to signal a radio to alert the others or something? I mean I play stealth and choked the bitches off one by one, and that often draws others near so I can rinse and repeat. I understand that I could just play it totally stealth, but these are a bunch of fuckin' fleshbags on bad hooch, not the Starship Troopers of Tai Young Medical (who are really good to beanbag across the fine wood floors).
Crouch + slow movement mode.
Thanks, that worked best.
When does this game hit it's stride? I don't know if it's just not my kind of game or if more time I should bide.
I got this game in the steam sale with the expansion, and I love it so far. I still gotta finish the first Deus Ex :v:
When does this game hit it's stride? I don't know if it's just not my kind of game or if more time I should bide.
I wouldn't say it's like the first where it takes a while to get into it IMO. Where are you up to?
When does this game hit it's stride? I don't know if it's just not my kind of game or if more time I should bide.
It should have hit its stride the first time you stepped out onto the streets of Detroit.
