So i brought the original Deus Ex and sadly i've never played it ( i let the first level of the game turn me off) but after seeing what you guys have said of it i'm gonna give it a go, but i installed it and when i play thelighting is this horrible murny green color, anyone else have this problem?
I'm kind of hoping that gamestop upgrades my copy of DX:HR for free like what happened with DA2 and Crysis 2 but it probably won't happen. I reserved this game last year

Is your texture colour depth set to 32-bit?

Thanks Dr bob i did what you said and its fixed, Also yea i think i am but i've been following this thread for a while but just had no reason to post. Also in regards to your idea with setting all of our avatars to adams shower face when it's released why not do his ass instead, it'd be much more of a fright to people.

Actually I think we all just lurk. I preordered this on steam some ungodly long time ago.
And typically when it's coming my life gets busy - I have a wedding and two job interviews between now and the 23rd, and I'm going to be starting to move house next month. And I need to be ready when Skyrim comes out.
Whoa, I just found out today that the Augmented Edition comes with the soundtrack. Makes me even more excited that I pre-ordered it. :v:

That was my main reason for getting it augmented, the soundtrack is just too good to pass up.
Just read the OPM review, the one that gave it 8/10. The reviewer hated returning to the hub locations and wanted more open areas, and he didn't like the lack of ammo and having to find energy constantly. But other than those two points, he seemed to love the game.

Ditto. I mean, over here, the Augmented edition is only $10 more than the base game itself and you get a soundtrack, a beanie with earphones built in, additional in-game content and an art-book.
I'd pay $10 more, hell I'd pay $20 more simply for a sound track alone - especially one that seems as high in quality as the Deus Ex Human Revolution soundtrack.
I get the comic since I pre-ordered with GAME. Also what happened to that picture of all the thread regulars? Wasn't it Bob who was making that?

First, I tried doing some sketches, then it was Vaught, in the end Spekter started doing it. But come on, give him some time. He's getting his house [I]augmented[/I] and stuff. He even streamed how he drew a bit.
So I pre-ordered the game. I didn't feel like paying for shipping so I have to wait a couple of days after the game comes out. My shipping is not augmented.
Well, at least I get all the cool stuff from the Augmented Edition in a phyiscal form.

Try amazon, or play.com. They aren't always good but sometimes you can be lucky.
I paid 69.99 euro for the Collector's Edition
And the Augmented Edition is 49,99 euro over here
It seems Holland does not have a normal edition, every copy of Deus Ex HR is automaticly updated to the Benelux Edition

When I try to play the first game, the voices cut off at the end before they can finish what they are saying. Anyone know how to fix this? I assume this is the thread for anything deus ex related.
