Holy shit, I just saw an add about a look at the creation ofr Deus Ex: Human Revolution! I don't know if there is an english version because I saw it on a french tv channel and they were speaking in french. It's going to be August 23 at 7pm! SO EXCITED!!

I could never figure out: In the basement, there seems to be some sort of passage, except it ends in a dead end that I can't figure out.

You're closing in on the end. I'd say it's the penultimate level.

Just going to state my opinion here:

After the epic feeling of the Sub Base level, the [sp]missle silo[/sp] level doesn't do much justice to what is about to happen.

The final level looks epic in every regard however. You will have times where you are 5 floors above who you are shooting at, with them shooting back. Also the last level has infinitely respawning enemies, so you can't just do an Anna Navarre shooting spree and complete the objectives peacefully. Also the giant elevator (Or epic fall if you take the covert approach).

Also, if you take the stealth route, your insertion is EXTREMELY similar to the first section of Metal Gear (MSX version)

Can someone tell me why developers always seem to make the crouch key "C" nowadays? It's so lame, why not use the button labled "Ctrl" or on my keyboard nothing because it's used so much the letters aren't there.
Also right mouse button is cover, why not "F or middle mouse button"? Stupid french people cannot do anything right.

I like having crouch set to C, why don't you like it?

Why should F be the cover button?

You do know you can re-bind the controls, right?
