casey lynch burn in hell and let your stinking soul rot in Devil's ass. Thanks again for anticipating us about a 17 minute live stream and saying that people that don't fucking know anything about the game will ask questions and win a game.
what the hell I was at hell's kitchen, the second time you go back when you're meant to do the satellite stuff. Once you do that bit and talk to paul, he gives you the code to the subway where you go to Battery Park, right? So I wondered what would happen if I went through the subway, using the same code, before I even talked to paul. I was quite surprised when the code worked and I got into the subway - Doubly so when I got on the train and ended up in battery park. But my surprise would only grow from that point. When I went topside, there were the UNATCO guys, gunther, all the mechs etc. But when gunther ran up to me, he just stood there, not saying anything. So I decided to explore. The mechs blocked the exit from the slums area, but in one of the shacks I found a guy preaching some shit about the bible and the lord and stuff. When I went to enter the next one, though, suddenly all the UNATCO guys go "WHAT WAS THAT", turn hostile, and the mechs start shooting at me. I ended up nice and toasty at the wrong end of a UNATCO flamethrower guy. What the fuck just happened.

No shit :v:
Oh shite. That video at 14.30 or so. Quite a cool nudge towards the whole [sp] Majestic 12[/sp] thing. Also, that video features new footage and invisible enemies. And spinning their head around 720 or so degrees.

I can't help but burst out laughing when the commercial comes on TV and he says "I never asked for this" Anyone else have that problem?
I can't help but burst out laughing when the commercial comes on TV and he says "I never asked for this" Anyone else have that problem?
I don't watch TV so I haven't seen the advert.
Deus Ex: Human Revolution - Augmented edition for the PC is only £25 at Amazon.co.uk
Deus Ex: Human Revolution - Augmented edition for the PC is only £25 at Amazon.co.uk
Out of stock.
Awesome! did not knew the Augmented edition had the OST included
Out of stock.
Damn. I still need to preorder and that would have been perfect for me.
I guess that would be fucking cheap for me too and good because no augmented edition in this shithole.
Awesome! did not knew the Augmented edition had the OST included
That's like half the reason I'm going to get it, and I've been to the bank today so I have money in my account :buddy:

GAME's postage fees: http://www.game.co.uk/Help/~h9845/Despatch/Postage/
Oh, well, I guess I kind of jumped the gun there, I don't have much money right now and to get the card details I would have to contact my brother who's in the 'States right now. It's just the fact that there won't be a better edition than in-game shit. Even though because we're "pirates", we get PC games really cheap, about 20 USD for a jewel-box. But we also will get it in about two weeks or some shit and I'm pissed about it. And to get it I would have to get to the other side of the city flowing through the giant crowd of sweaty evil people that will rob you. [editline]16th August 2011[/editline] Thanks for the suggestion though.
So who else saw that [sp]Majestic 12 logo / hand statue thing[/sp] in the IGN stream
Out of curiosity, if they're going to end up treating Human Revolution as a reboot of the franchise, how would you guys feel if they "remade" the first Deus Ex with some of the bells and whistles from Human Revolution?
I'd be good with it, but only if they kept the "bad" and hilarious voice acting and the dozens of funny lines as we can see them on youtube. Also, I hope we have 4 types of Jensen: The power thirsty side (when Malik asks him if the augs helped him and you can go "they felt good, real good...") The direct and ruthless Jensen (when Megan's mom asks how she died and you say it exactly how it was) The bad ass sarcastic Jensen ("by 2 clowns and a midget" remember?) and last but not least, The "I never asked for this" Jensen we all know. Was Anna supposed to attack you or something? And damn Hermann is imortal...
Forgive my interruption, my preorder is augmented.
Out of stock.
But don't Amazon guarantee the pre-order price?
snipped UNATCO needs to feel more like a fortress then an office with soldiers in it. snipped
I always hated how weird unatco's layout was. To the point I used the Sims to build a version that made more sense.
God damn it fuck, my copy of DX:GOTY isn't giftable. [editline]15th August 2011[/editline] I now have three copies of Deus Ex then, I guess.
God damn it fuck, my copy of DX:GOTY isn't giftable.
Well, thanks for trying to gift it at least, don't know who that lucky guy/girl could've been though. :smithicide:

I just got back on the hype train, and to be honest I'm glad I wasn't paying attention to HR for a couple of months, it makes the 1 week until release not so bad. Also my hand is pretty badly injured, it might not heal before HR is out, it must become augmented.
Just preordered my copy for PS3. Yes, I know that I preached that the guy on the last page should get this for PC, but his PC was better than mine. I think I shall list my specs below... Nvidia Geforce 8400 1 GB of RAM. AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 3800+ (2.0 GHz) THE HORROR. EDIT: Hmm, where is everyone's user agent? Even mine is missing.
