Deus Ex: Human Revolution V3 - I Never Asked For This - Games

I'm moving states so I decided that I'd put Deus Ex on my shitty little laptop. I installed it and the game runs silky smooth (suprisingly) except everything is faster then it should be, dialogue cuts out halfway through and JC runs as fast as one of us if we were stalking his VA. Help please?

(Its located in one of the PC's when you need to infiltrate the base which has the [sp]typhoon prototype[/sp] when you will come near the interence you will see about 5-6 computers. Yea, because the mainstream audience is jizzing about BF3 and MW3, and nobody has even heard of this. Also, few of today's new gamers played the original, so a sequel to some mystic old-ass PC game doesn't get much attention. The release date is also very, very unfortunate, because people who don't have a lot of money will be saving up for either the two FPS giants, or maybe Skyrim, and both of those choices will last longer than HR, probably. I'm in the fortunate position of being able to afford Skyrim, HR, BF3 and MW3 eventually, but thats probably pretty rare, and if you have to decide between a series you know and love, or something completely new without multiplayer and sandbox open world singleplayer, you go for the safe route. At least thats what I think. Maybe this game will go kind of a psychonauts route. Praised to heaven by critics and the few who played it, but a flop, because nobody sees it.

It really sucks that four of the weapons that were available in the leak plus the unlocking device are pre-order only and available from different stores. If I get this on Steam is there no way I can get those weapons? Will they be available later?
