I've spent my past few hours trying to play Deus Ex, and I have to say, it's not all that fun. I just can't seem to get into the mood of the game, I find myself getting really bored after only about 30 minutes of playing. Shame on me.

Once you know what you're doing the game is a blast.

Hi guys, I've lurked in this thread for a little while but this is my first time posting here. I'm currently playing Deus Ex for the first time and having a blast. Also looking forward to Human Revolution.

So I started playing Deus Ex again, I was up to the part after you arrive in New York and have to go to Hells Kitchen. As I approached the subway I got the message that they were threatening to blow up the platform, and I was told to be aware of this and watch for booby traps, so being the bright lad that I am, I decided the best course of action would be to throw a box through the booby trap lasers to set them off. I don't know about any technical issues, however. Hopefully that won't be the case.

It the disappointment "This game is damn near unplayable. The controls suck." Or is it "I'm mostly a PC gamer and the controls feel clunky to me." Because I'm calling the second one invalid.

If the game was made for the PC then I guess the Xbox version controls suck makes a nice change really
