I hope overarching decisions decide the ending (Like in Heavy Rain, or FO3 (Subtly, like certain images appearing in place of another)) rather than just a single decision in the last level.

FO3 did not have different endings, it had a million combinations of slides for the ending slideshow. That's not the same as 'different endings'.
