[t]http://dl.dropbox.com/u/18418859/iiieeiiiihaavebecomeimpossible.png[/t] If you can prevent stuff like this from happening, this will be awesome. I think you just need to find a way of detecting stress like frostbyte does. Son of a bitch
I said it was like worms... I'm not really sure of how I could do that. It would be an important feature. I need to weight pros and cons.
also if you could change the width of the walls you spawn would be nice too
The demo is really fun but I noticed a few bugs: 1. Objects tend to duplicate themselves if you click too fast. 2. Random floating blocks 3. The center of the screen tends to be off center on different resolutions. For example on 1360 x 768 the center of the screen is here:
also if you could change the width of the walls you spawn would be nice too
Yeah, this functionality is not finished anyway. [editline]5th November 2011[/editline] Blocks you throw away are teleported back to their initial location once they are imobilized (well this is a feature).
Also you cant look directly down.
the blocks seem to spawn in random place once you have thrown them
the blocks seem to spawn in random place once you have thrown them
Yes its a feature. !!

This game is awesome.
Yes its a feature. !!
It's a bad feature IMO
You need to perhaps make it so that bricks will fall down if they don't have sufficient support from blocks below them. Also, have you give collapsed blocks mass, so that if they hit a wall behind them they will break it. Another thing I found when I was testing it was that sometimes the bricks, especially on the premade castles, would stick together after they were hit but would deform a lot, so that the walls bent out of shape to a point where gravity should have made them, gradually at least, collapse. I think that to remedy it you could try applying gravitational physics as well as inertia to all the blocks, even if they haven't been broken off.

Oh dear. I've made quite a mess. [t]http://i42.tinypic.com/e7e0df.jpg[/t] [editline]5th November 2011[/editline] Also, I think I hit a limit or something. Whenever I create new bricks, they disappear when I hit them. [editline]5th November 2011[/editline] And also, I'm using full screen with dual monitors. Whenever I move my mouse to the left, it goes on my other screen and minimizes the game when I click.

I think its really great so far, if you could find a way to so stress testing (maybe make it optional?) and custom castles I'd definetly buy it
Did you fix the dual monitor fullscreen issue? [editline]6th November 2011[/editline] Nope, still broken.
Did you fix the dual monitor fullscreen issue? [editline]6th November 2011[/editline] Nope, still broken.
I will do it.
Would play if you make it for android
This is actually really fun. I strongly recommend a way to restart levels without exiting the game and reloading, and a different grass texture. Other than these small gripes, this is a fantastic demo.
really fun to play around with, and I don't get a bad framerate
can you make it so you can spawn those blocks to knock down the walls?
Next demo will probably have an ingame map 'editor'. I need it to create more complex maps.

This is really fun. Runs great, too. I think you should add the ability to place where you launch the blocks, and a reset button.
Demo V4 is out. Press spacebar to change between edit mode and play mode. Use Crtl to switch blocks. Right click to delete, left to place. I didn't spend much time this weekend working on this so its really basic.
I am working on a new update. It will be a little bit more complex so it's taking some time (i don't have much unfortunately). It will have npc like in this game . They will fight eachother. I think this will become a real time game instead of a turn by turn one. It will be castle assault, because people don't really care about strategy, they just want to crush things when they see this game :)
Good to know. Has the dual-monitor issue been fixed yet?
Very good game, and must be continued.

Build a castle and watch them zerg it down.
No, I do not think I want to play this, now I have answered on the header and I am will read the first post now. Oh okey a turnbased game... It look cool but I am not a big fan of turn based games.
