They should make a mode where you can explore a large area (maybe even the whole island or an entire map) and as time goes on more and more zombies will swarm at you.

It's friend. Singular. I haven't even had coop turned on since i bought the fucking game and so obviously I'm by myself, and yet any time i talk to someone, it's "Friends." Every time i see a cutscene, it shows everyone in the group, every single person. And yet when the cutscene ends? Oh wow, I'm all alone. Getting my ass kicked. At least in L4D they were always with you, so it at least made sense, even if the AI did suck. I understand it would have been a pain to make different cutscenes for each circumstance for who is playing and who isn't, but nonetheless it still really gets on my nerves. If anything it would have been cool if you at least had other people backing you up, just AI, or the option to turn it off if you want to be alone, but it takes the whole atmosphere of being alone and rips it away when you get a cutscene with this huge gang of people crowding the screen...It's like they thought "Hey, i doubt anyone will ever in there right minds even THINK of playing this alone, hell naw, let's just throw everything together." It's probably not a big deal to most of you but it really bothers me...

I'm getting sick of the zombies leveling up with you. They take the exact same amount of hits to drop as they did several hours ago, and they take me down just as fast then. Why even bother with having increasing stats if you're just going to toss them out the window? It's fucking Oblivion all over again.
I'd say make them level .85 of the way that way when you're Level 20, they'll be only like Level 17.

I'd say zone them out. They've already got areas divided up according to names and whatever; just make it so zombies in an area spawn within a particular level range. Silver bungalows levels 2-5, Gold bungalows levels 4-9, and Diamond bungalows levels 7-12 or something like that, for example. Allow the player to take on a challenge if they want it by going somewhere dangerous.

Im pretty sure other games do this too. Sledge in borderlands adressed you as bounty hunters and other games im sure do this too. The game's story is based around those four people surviving.

So today I pirated the game, not because I don't want to pay, but because[B] I already paid [/B]and the website that is sending me the keys has been delayed for a least 5 days due to them having bank difficulties or something. They can't veryify my payment.
So anyways, downloaded the RELOADED version, manually patched it.

It'd better stay that way once I get my legal copy.
Also, I stumbled into a hut by bashing it's door in, only to find a hogtied female zombie on a bed with 2 camera's aimed at her. With a male half dressed zombie 'passed out'. Wonder wtf was going on there before the 'infection'.
This is what I love about exploration games like this. Might've been kidnap/rape, might've been porn shoot, might've been a naughty couple.
I just love walking into situations that I'm not supposed to be seeing.
Also:
Dont you dare give me shit about me pirating. I already paid for the damn game.
Oh, one thing I have noticed is that I can't find a Dead Island folder in My Documents, so I can't edit the video.ini for some reason. Also "Show zombie health" and "Show XP"were turned off by default. Of which I'm glad, cause else it's ruins the game imho.

It's so annoying that I have to manually select my knives so I can throw them. Every time I throw my knife the melee weapon gets in my hands, not the next knife. Any way I can make all of my ranged weapons come automatically one after the other?

It doesn't matter if you bought it or not, when you're downloading it you are also seeding it to others who may or may not have purchased the game and that sir is highly illegal.
