Played a bit more and it starting to get fairly fun. Unpolished as hell but it's a good waste of an hour or so on days when that's all I have time for

GodDAMN throwing weapons is the best. You can use any weapon, they don't lose durability, and with Logan you have a skill that returns a thrown weapon to you 50% of the time when maxed. I have 6 764 damage machetes. I've seen a crit for over 9k.

Has anyone figured out how to make it run in a proper windowed mode? Just enabling it from the ingame menu is garbage, the window is stuck all off-center and you can't move it around.

The game just rewrites all the settings every time I launch it. I even set the video.src file to read only and it just defaults to native resolution and full screen.

So, me and my brother were playing this, and for some reason the last savegame gets wiped upon exiting the game. So, let's say I was playing as Logan, and was level 10. My brother started a new playthrough and was playing as Sam B and got to level 6. Upon exiting Dead Island, his savegame over-writed mine, and I lost all progress. This happened twice already. Anyone else experiencing the same problem?
