Typical 10 minutes in Hanoi City: Walk around for 5 seconds See one infected zombie See ten more of them run around the corner Run like hell Die Respawn Repeat previous steps
Alternatively, if you're playing Purna: See infected Press Z Shoot them all Get 999999999999999999999999XP
I play as Logan because throw wizarrd
I play as Logan because throw wizarrd
But then you can't get massive buffs and 250% XP rate
Was playing 4 player coop with some bros, was a good time. [editline]8th September 2011[/editline] there was so many places to just fuck around in, we didnt even get to the lighthouse but played for hours

You're supposed to hit Z when the meter is full, but the meter is never full. The highest I ever see it is about 80%, but it never completely fills and it's always lower again the next time I look at it.

My friend keeps asking me how I level so much faster than him (we've done the same amount of quests), the truth is that killing zombies is WAY more lucrative XP-wise than questing. Once it's full it's full indefinitely, so you're likely mistaken about something.
JESUS CHRIST HOW MUCH BOOZE DOES THE FUCKER WANT? I swear, his liver will kill him before the zombies do.
15 i think

Most of my Level Ups have been from completing a quest or killing a Thug.
Raise Rage by killing zombies. Because I know for a fact I have never seen mine full nor have I used it.
Shit, I cannot decide between Sam B and Purna. I've been staring at the character selection screen for like 20 minutes.
game is so fucking good now, exploring the jungles found 2 assault rifles and a shotgun

I've even gotten killed with a full Rage meter and respawned ready to shoot some bitches. Zombies are giant bags of XP. You can break the same arm on a zed in at least 5 places for 15-30XP each time, and then still get XP when it finally dies. With Purna's XP-boost skill, I can get 30XP per bone break and ~80XP for a walker kill, which means over 200XP per zombie. You can still do awesome melee kills and you'll get sweet buffs too. Purna is really not as gun-centric as people think.
PURNA. You can still do awesome melee kills and you'll get sweet buffs too. Purna is really not as gun-centric as people think.
Well I was wanting a kind of Jack-of-all-Trades type of character, so I'll go with Purna. Thanks!
[t]http://dl.dropbox.com/u/8943308/2011-09-08_00006.jpg[/t] Loving this game with friends. Feels like Shaun of the Dead ate Borderlands and made it a comedy tragic.
Well I was wanting a kind of Jack-of-all-Trades type of character, so I'll go with Purna. Thanks!
Logan is the real jack of all trades, since you can spec into blunt, throwing, or sharp weapons. Purna is more average combat, but really cool meta-gaming skills that interact with each other.
The prologue won't load now fuuuu-
Aww, I went out into the ocean hoping for the zombie sharks I hear about. Just got taken back to the Lighthouse. Bullshit.

So is this game any good?
So is this game any good?
Yeah, it really is. There are some issues that pop up on occasion, but its still incredibly fun.
Am I the only one who's having some trouble with the way the shadows look in the game? Like on objects its like there's only a few colours being used and it looks weird.
So is this game any good?
Aside from some technical issues this game is great. Sucks that they had to rush it out bugged and get a bad rep for it.
I have a weird bug where when I walk into a room, the lighting in the room disappears. It only happens indoors.
Could i run this with my 5870?
Am I the only one who's having some trouble with the way the shadows look in the game? Like on objects its like there's only a few colours being used and it looks weird.
Increase the shadow option that isn't just called Shadows, I can't remember the name.
Increase the shadow option that isn't just called Shadows, I can't remember the name.
It's all on the highest quality, Shadows: High Shadow Mapping: 1024.
