Any tips on how i can take on thugs without getting beaten to a pulp?
I am only level 10, and they are so hard to approach. I try get near hoping to do some good damage then i just get smacked all the way back 5 meters or so. Throwing weapons gets me nowhere as they barely do anything to thugs. My only chance is a propane canister or fury which i rarely remember to use.
So anyone who's far ahead, do you find the cause of the zombies? Don't say what causes it, I'm just wondering if they completely ignore that.

Jump + Direction dodges.
Dodge backwards when you see he's about to swing at you.

Ok, this has probably been asked before but how do I swing weapons, as in using the "swing controls"?
I'm positively miffed at how I can't find the right key to press and it's not listed in the key binding menu.
I fidn thoughs to be extremely easy to beat (playing as the gun lady), I usually get their arms cut or broken with the first 2+3 swipes and from then on out its just getting away from bites/headbutts.
I bought my key from GMG last week and activated it and have since enjoyed the game. I just got another email with 2 new keys. I don't know why.

what do you mean
do you mean how to control the direction of your swing? you have to have an analog controler iirc

Okay, I found out why I couldn't get Rage Mode to work.
1. You have to buy it first (nobody told me this)
2. The Orange Bar is Level Progress, not Rage Meter.

Why are you trying to sell keys you got for free, what if someone buys it and it gets disabled later ?
I've not really played this since I played 4player co-op, single player was nowhere near as fun for me and I just never got around to getting any farther.
I hate how fast weapons degrade. I find myself just throwing them all and beating zombies with my fists because they just feel so... useless, I guess. Like, they degrade too quickly to even be worthwhile.

You can upgrade them, making them last a lot longer.
I have several weapons in the quick slots that I alternate between as one begins to degrade.
Then I repair them all once I can.

I did upgrade a weapon but it still degrades really quickly. The only time I use it is against thugs, anything else seems like a waste.

same here... wondered if it was dlc but the email was exactly the same as the original key
I'm pretty sure the 2 keys you got are the DLC. I got 3 keys in total when I bought it. 1 for The Ripper and 1 for Bloodbath DLC

entered 1, bloodbath dlc, entered 2nd, product already owned.
Now is the 2nd key another bloodbath dlc or the game.

I discovered the most overpowerd Zombie Takedown ever.
Stun kick them so they go limp, then punch each arm.
Instant kill on any Walker or Infected regardless of health or level.

finally coop worked for me and we played as Purna because of how op she is and had a blast fucking around. I cant wait to sit down and play with all four of my friends, all as Purna, kicking every zombie we see.
