I just installed Dead Island, I run it, the little icon at the bottom right of the steam window goes green (saying I'm in game) and after a few seconds it just goes back to blue, Dead Island just won't run. Can someome please help?

The game was some good zombie killing fun but holy shit the storyline was extremely weak.
[sp] I was so fucking happy when the bitch from the workshop got shot at the end, it's like the developers always let the cool poeple die ( The jamaican dude ,scientists, the tribe leader etc. ), but those 2 god damn annoying women are with you till the end of the game. To think of it, all the women in this game are annoying as fuck always trying to be moral and care for other poeple who rather take their stuff for themselves and rape them [/sp]
So well im almost done with the city missions i have finish the prision MAIN quest Now i have one question ireaded that theres a quest called full metal jacket that you can get INSIDE the prision from one of the survivors but all my way trough the prision i only found 1 survivor locked in a cell
Has anyone noticed all the white guys faces look the same?

Jin was just a dumbass bitch though.

Xian Mei is honestly the only one who isn't a bitch at any point in the story.
Xian's messed up eyes always distract me when watching cut scenes.

I think everyone should disregard Xian and Purna's opinions and just go with what Sam B says.
He seems to be the only intelligent one in the group that isn't distracted by the whole 'But it's a human being!' mentality that everyone else suffers from.

I don't think Purna's mouth ever works with what she is saying, and the only expression Sam B knows is "Constipated".

Also, am I the only one hoping that they'll add a lever action rifle to the game at some point? I'd never stop using the thing.
What? I was told you could change char's and keep the same inventory and skills etc.
Anyone have any tips on good weapons for xian? Because i'm on my second playthrough and i'm still running around with my cheap level 10-20 machetes and the first guns i picked up.
