Thing that I found really difficult with analog is getting used to the pressure sensitivity of the left trigger controlling how much you are in combat stance or not.
You can use the right stick to control your weapon+rotate the camera view but it requires not holding the trigger all the way.
So analog involves learning to use the left trigger in various degrees just as much as learning to use the right stick for swings, if you want to get the most out of it.
I played 3 times through this game without using analog on the xbox360.. I could not really play well when there is many zombies at once, it's precise and good for a single zombie but when they come in masses it just lefts you crippled somehow because you cannot swing like an idiot.

I think analog controls basically allow you to control the movements of your melee attacks and stuff, i.e. the way you swing your weapon.

Yea I am lvl 44 with Purna, there is always new stuff to explore and I know all the helpfull tricks (no glitches or bugs/cheats) with firearms. If someone haves a question about firearms and or tactics I can tell you about everything :v: made my 2nd playthrough firearms only and I can tell how you never run out of ammo and where to find ammo recipes and many many helpful information. To many people here take a shit on firerarms which just shows that not many people here have had Purna skilled rightly and used the right weapon mods.
Also Rammer is a one shot for me, butcher, tank, that running bone hands zombie and all other zombies are a one shot for me. With my pistol I only need 1-2 shots at max for walkers, rare occasions only 3 now.
I wish the dad from the trailer was a character, he was a bad ass

Fuck, how awesome would it be to have bouncing bettys? Some sort of MCGyver freak character who can built up the craziest shit would be insane. A fork shooting turret? Fuck yea feed me forks! By the leftover files, he's pretty much the same as purna, except his fury uses a beretta instead of the revolver.

There is no gameplay inside the hotel. Not for that quest anyway.

I could write an whole strategy guide for Purna and Firearms, I would welcome if you be specific :v: I can't write a wall of text right now since I am at work. There is so much to know about firearms I just start off somewhere.

When in town go and find some places where these thugs with guns are around (near church there is a place with 3 thugs respawning after each visit) pick up their ammo (more ammo pickup survival skill is damn helpful and the ammo cap increase from 50 ammo to 80) and [B]pick up their guns so when you run out of ammo just drop these guns on the ground and they give you the existing mag inside them![/B] (Also again with ammo cap and 75%? more ammo per pickup it's incredible effective)
When beeing able to carry 6 more slots you are also able to carry 6 more handguns which allow you to spam ammo on zombies (but always use your own modified strong deagle)
The more I think about helpful information the more there is, it's about 15-20 more things I could talk about! Ask me specific things such as how to one hit these vomit bastards and which skill tree to go first for most result or something like that. Also all ammunition recipes, when to use shotguns when to use assault rifles etc.

Near the end of your first playthrough you probably earned enough money to buy things (if you play less with legendary melee weapons) Try to find a seller by porting from base to base who sells the scrap metal and the cleaner thing that is needed to craft pistol ammo (and again, 75% more pistol ammo per single craft is amazing but not necessary if money don't plays a role) and spend around 20k or just all of your money on them so you have a storage of them always with you (170$ for one and recipe needs 2x Scrap metal 1x Cleaner) after lvl 25 you will get enough money to constantly easily maintain your handguns since one ammo recipe making costs the materials and 250$ (which is almost nothing) Shotgun ammo takes the same recipe materials but only 500$ for each making (which is cheap considering rightly skilled you get one shots to all hard enemys)
For the best of Purna you really need atleast lvl 35 sadly since her survival skill and combat combinations are incredible good working together. A normal headshot from my desert eagle (without critical hit and without my modification) is doing 2500 damage normally at town enemys as I checked yesterday, and when my critical hits it's an instakill since the gloryfied pistol modification and all the skills make the zombie go flying to his death.

I just crushed him against a wall with one of the off-road vehicles. Repeatedly. When I got the chainsaw he had respawned, so I hopped down, blasted his face off with force lightning, then proceeded to beat him mercilessly with my Phoenix Fire Axe. He was darker than the black people running around at the time. That's not even a joke.
He actually respawned again because I beat his corpse away from his house, so he came back when I went to get in the vehicle. I just beat him to death with my fists. Like the other light zombies, just using the shove thing where you press both mouse buttons knocks him down immediately. He'll get up quickly, but if you hit him once, it knocks him back down.
I think I'm gonna go back and murder him some more. Its really fun.
I like throwing my Phoenix axe at thug's dicks.

Jesus, leveling with Sam B is so easy, I've got the x4 xp for every breaks.
Whenever I find a thug, I get like 3 levels out of it, because I just circle punch him with my brass knuckles and each hits give me like 1000 xp along with like 1500 xp for the kill, my co-op partners are pissed that I outlevel them so much so they kill thugs as fast as possible now.
