I find XP boosting perks in any game are a complete waste. You inevitably level up and can spend the points on something actually useful instead.
It's a dick move especially if you're cooping with friends, you all get out of sync massively and just because the other players didn't/don't have XP boosting perks, eventually the zombies are going to scale to you being much stronger and the weaker players are going to suffer for it. The strong get stronger, the weak stay behind. It ruins coop for me.
Just my 2 cents.

Me and my friend played through once with Sam B and Xian. I was outlevelling him by miles, I was level 38 at the end of the game he was level 31. We did all the quests together, we didn't play without each other. I was just levelling up from Killing more zombies. I forced him to play as Purna on our second playthrough and get the exp increase. Just got to Act 3 and im only one level above him.
Does anyone know how to stop the game crashing? My crashes were fixed when I changed the "En" to "en", but my friends did the same and he can now launch the game, but it crashes randomly after a few seconds, mostly at the cutscenes.
Does anyone know any fixes?

I have a question that I'm sure was already asked. Can you still keep playing after you beat the game, or start over with all of your stuff still?
You start over with all of your stuff. So you can re-run and go get that level 50 Zed's Demise.

I lost one of my machetes :suicide:
I was running around near the cliffs in the jungle, when I heard a zombie behind me, I panic and turned around to see him running at me, so I threw my machete into his chest and he was blasted back, over the cliff... with my machete.
I keep a Homerun Bat on me at all times just to watch the slow-mo when they fly away. At least until I get a Gabe's Hammer, then slap Tesla on it.

Am I the only one who gets raped by infected?
Normal ones are ok if they're not surrounding me, but the [sp]Infected Warrior[/sp] and [sp]Infected White[/sp] thoroughly beat my ass (the [sp]Infected Warrior[/sp] didn't kill me, but would have if I didn't heal).
It may be because I've only ever used hacking weapons against them and never aimed for a limb.

Faster weapons or guns seem to be the best for infected. They're much more brittle than walkers, if you're getting swarmed try chucking a molotov or using a fully automatic weapon.
Also, kick a lot to try and control the crowd. Aiming to cut off their limbs isn't that big of a deal for infected.
Infected sometimes get the better of me (Mainly in that annoying MEDICAL TENT area in the City where they spawn en-masse.) but I try and stick with these methods to dispose of them.
I thought I am going for a rampage and took my brother with me to loot the dead zombies. Me beeing Purna lvl 45 with insanely good guns and almost unlimited ammo due to simple tactics. Made about 30k exp in 15 minutes! Ran through the city blasting one zombie after one off and I went from the church to the medic tents and all around the map :v: sometimes my brother was about 110m far away because I was to fast :v:
Insanely fun. If there is someone playing this on the xbox360 and wants to see me going on a rampage or just wants to blast zombies away in a quick manner then message me on xbox live or here :v: I found a new love in doing that!
I also have about 65 deodorant bombs always with me and atleast 28 Molotovs I am insanely rich, I keep throwing shit away everywhere and I still never run out since I buy supplies on each shop dude :v: for making ammunition I still have about 150 scrap metal... which would give me over 1000 ammunition and I can always rebuy :v:
(What is so dumb on that? I was just saying how much fun a rampage with firearms can be in town)

I do kick a lot, but they like to go inside me so I have to fiddle around to land it.
Detox mod for Pistols is most effective, made the ultimate test and it's definitly about 3 times as damage effective as any other mod on almost all types of zombies.

Yeah I noticed that too, it's annoying. Try and dodge backwards when they lunge at you, then kick.
