Check near Bill for a radio. It's a bit hard to use but you can use it.

I'm dumb. I haven't used a single mod the entire game because I thought you needed every single one of those weapons if you wanted to mod a weapon.. :|
I've even been saving up each kind of weapon using Jin.
Increasing the spawn rate on special encounters by 100 was working well, for what it was worth anyways.
Until the[sp]nun wanted me to clear out the graveyard.[/sp] Literally an hour and 24 levels later, it was done. Think 100 is a bit much.
I wish there were bayonettes in this game, so I could feel like that when throwing them:

I played with one of my friends for 5 hours yesterday, and then his game crashed, and now it keeps crashing every time he loads the game. We verified the entegrity and changed the game.ini to "en", what more can we do? It's very frustrating.
I'll give a steam gift to the person who solves this. Or, he will.
