Can anyone tell me how to tweak durability and if it's bannable or not?
You can run, but if you're being chased by infected, you might as well fight the fuckers. The one thing that pissed me off the MOST was having a random infected spawn on top of me and 1 shot me. The "bosses" are pathetic. For me at least, I can 1 shot the Ram and Butcher, Bloaters you just slap them 'til they die and then the thugs are killed in 2 hits. The end game boss, died in 2 hits from me. That's what pissed me off, having "boss" mobs that are actually as easy if not easier to kill than normal zeds. Meh.
I'm assuming tweaking it is bannable, I'm not sure. Really want to know about this to.

I started a Xian game and yeah everything breaks at the beginning but I made up for it by stuffing my inventory with all the random sharp weapons I could find
I'm near the end now though and doing retardedly large amounts of damage
So when will I finally get a proper rifle or something.

I've found some rifles in the boxes on the roofs where punks hang out in the city
my friend tried to gift this to me, never came through. he resent it a few times, even bought it again. still no luck.

Even though Xian suffers early game from shitty weapon durability, late game, she dominates so hard. So glad I picked Xian. Trying to lvl my way to 50 so I can use Zed's Demise.

2 lvls from being lvl 50. Once I get my lvl 50 ZD I think I'm going Deathstalker on it >:O. Then I'll replay and rush and get another ZD. Then another. Then I'll ask myself, after the 100th ZD, "Why? Why!?"

But to answer your question, you might only be able to run it med-high since you are below the recommended requirements for RAM. If you can, I suggest getting Windows 7 64-bit and buying at least 4 or 6 Gigs of RAM.

Computer specs are not black and white. Not to mention, it's hard to figure which nVidia card is equal to which AMD card in terms of performance, because their naming schemes are so off.
Anyway, I'm on an AMD Athlon II 630 quad core at 2.8GHz, ATI Radeon HD4850, with 4 gigs of DDR3 RAM at 1333MHz, and I still only get a constant 60+ frames when I have most everything set to low. Granted, I'm at 1920x1080, but hey.

An ATI HD 5450? That's way beyond an Nvidia 9600.

Pretty sure VAC hasn't been enforcing anything but removing people who use trainers, aimbots, etc.

Play 103 minutes of Dead Island, abit of lag here and there, but it isn't to bad, its fun eitherway.
