Is there any gameplay footage of this yet? My friend says there is but I say he's a lieing asshole because I couldn't find it.
Shame that they took the mutated zombies path and some things from Dead Rising, still getting it though.

Closest you can get is some dev interviews from 07 and even then its poor quality footage of them flying around in dev cam.

One of the special zombies is the Ram, that guy in a straightjacket. He charges at you, and has a weakpoint in his back.
Another new infected is the 'drowner' a zombie that has been floating in the pool to long and has swollen.
The suicider is riddled with pulsating boils, he seems alive and asks you to help him, however if you get to close he explodes.
The Butcher has exposed bones were his hands used to be, he slices and stabs you with them
There are throwing knives.
You battle looters and gangs, one gang has taken up the police station as their base.
Start outside the hotel complex and have access to a Jungle.
Techland say that this takes place right after the outbreak so you encounter poeple that are still hopefull for the military to arrive, due to this there is some form of law within the survivors and money is still valuable.
Techland stresses that they are trying to be serious and not goofy like Dead Rising.

New info sounds good, but I seriously want some gameplay footage and a release date. They clearly have plenty to show so why are they holding out?
Also, the behavior of the suiciders seems interesting. I just hope their cry for help is rare because I don't want to get the fuck annoyed out of me everytime I see one with them saying the same thing over and over.
Hopefully they don't go anywhere near what happen with Dead Rising 2.
Half way through game, all regular zombies turn into super zombies.
I hope you can decide how the story goes. When the military comes in or a group of survivors manages to eke out a living, I want to ruin all that work by pure sabotage. No "oh hey you're a player character, so no spreading furget chaos! That'd be interesting!"
Well shit, gangs and looters? Fuck I hope they're not all using guns. Actually I wonder how melee combat against another survivor would be.

I believe that there are actual survivors that will call out for help so it's up to you to decide if someone is a suicider or if they really need help.

Ah, okay. Sounds good then I suppose.
I'll most likely get myself killed by wanting to find as many survivors as possible, most of which will most likely be Suiciders. (See this is why i don't like special infected, i can be fucking nice for once and it will get me killed...)
I hope there is a mode like in Condemned 2 were there are guns with unlimited ammo. It would be fun just to dick around with your friends.
I found that mode shit in Condemned 2, completely took away the enjoyment of the game.

I actually had fun burning through the campaign in that mode after beating it on hard. :saddowns:

As a one off maybe but its not something you could keep going back to therefore its pointless to implement.
