You should get a refund from their live support if you can.

Ultimatum sends their keys on RELEASE. Don't expect to get it beforehand.

I wish the guy currently putting footage up on Youtube didn't suck so much. His gameplay is so inconsistent, he wastes pistol ammo like hell and dies when he runs out, switches to using fists randomly and gets killed, chooses the throwing specialist but never throws weapons, etc.
I'm liking the head-bobbing effects and such. Makes combat feel a lot more visceral and intense.
I've not watched any of that guy's gameplay videos, I want everything to be fresh for when Dead Island releases.

With the discount from Ultimatum, and considering when the DLC comes out after a month for everyone it's probably going to be 10 bucks tops, you're still paying less than full price. Go for it if you want.
Curious to something. I know melee weapons have the ability to have electricity etc... but are the firearms the same? I'm assuming they're just bog standard firearms from the gameplay I've seen.

Finally got a response just incase someone else has same issue. Just doing what he said by deleting all the stuff fixed it.
