I don't think anyone has seen the skill trees of the other characters, but to anyone wondering what their specialties are;
Xian Mei: Sharp weapons
Logan: Throwing weapons
Sam B: Blunt weapons
Purna: Firearms
Wanna be Logan because he seems like a badass but I also want to be Sam B because he seems like a badass AND I like blunt weapons.

I agree with you here. I don't want to use guns because that seems boring, and Sam doesn't really appeal to me neither. Also, throwing never seemed like a good idea to me in this game.

I am torn between Purna (weapons) and sam B only downside is shes a girl.. that takes me out of immersion quickly beeing a thin girl. And Sam is an asshole black rapper, but probably the funniest character of all of them. Blunt weapons are okay.

To be honest throwing seems like the worst possible choice. Sure you can throw knives, molotovs and other small objects, but compared to the other classes where blunt objects and sharp objects will be aplenty I just don't think it would be wise to go with Logan.

I'm pretty sure Purna isn't a "thin" girl. Xian Mei is the stereotypical thin, weak looking one.

I'm going to pick Logan, but I'm not really going to throw my good crap since I know my friends will steal it and come up with a stupid reason why they did.

I doubt they'd let your teammates steal your weapons like that. It's probably only able to be obtained by you.
i kinda wanted them to make using items more meaningful to the character. Like, have Sam B be an alcoholic drug user where you can either A) find items in the game to cure his addiction which will make him more reliable and improve his stamina/health or B) make him keep taking drugs/drinking that will improve his damage/attack, but only when he takes the drugs. Something like that would be cool.

Eh, I don't really like the sound of that.
I was kind of hoping there'd be an abnormally skinny white guy who wasn't good at anything much and was socially awkward. That's a character that clicks.
Of course, then pretty much everyone here would choose him, so I guess it's just to balance out the teams.
Xian Mei should specialize in bad driving. Increased damage done by running over zombies.
Ok I am set, gonna take Purna and my Brother probably gonna use Sam B just to be my man to safe my day while I keep shootin' dem bullets and posing for mah man.

I don't care about his stereotype at all. I mean he's black and he's a rapper and that's about it. There's a lot of black rappers so it's not like it really matters.
I wanna play as Sam B cause I want to test out the breaking bones system. I remember there was a few previews saying that you could break a zombies legs and they would begin to crawl after you, but so far in all of the gameplay videos I've seen during bits where they go for the legs, they just die instantly...
I hope they add in a mode where the only actual way to kill zombies is to destroy the head, because it seems that they can be killed easily with a few blows to the legs/arms.
Does anyone know if each character has their own storyline or do they all share the same story
