Just preordered this and Space marine. A bit annoying that they have the same exact release time on steam but whatever. I'll probably play this for a couple hours then space marine and just alternate.

[editline]4th September 2011[/editline] [QUOTE=SoUl_ReApEr2;32108778]A shitty survive as long as you can thing, what like Dead Island... a open world zombie survival game with RPG elements, pretty much try and last as long as you can, yes you can load the game but it's pretty much the same.[/QUOTE] It's not at all the same, Spacemarine's Horde mode is as far as I can gather, similar to The Haunted, you have a small arena and you're just dealing with hordes of enemies in waves, except it's most likely going to be a tacked on (it is free DLC a month latent after all) mode not as developed as a game like Killing Floor or The Haunted (thought it might be as entertaining as Mercenaries from Resident Evil). Dead Island is an open world action RPG with minor survival elements and really nothing like what Horde mode sounds like, I dunno whether you were trying to make yourself seem smart by trying to make it seem like my description applies to both but I assure you, you are not smart. (Note that survival when referring to a genre classification and survival when referring to the mechanic of "just not dying" are two entirely different things).

Is there a facepunch steam group for this?

I wish this game was more like the CGI debut trailer implied it to be.
