Honestly I just think it's something fitting with the whole "everybody is poor" theme going on with the trailer. Homeless people everywhere, businesses closing down, people selling their houses... 4 guys turning to armed robbery.
It's GTA, they'll do that anyway...
It's GTA, they'll do that anyway...
The protagonist wanted to be a "family man", but he was forced to go back to crime, likely because of the recession.
The protagonist wanted to be a "family man", but he was forced to go back to crime, likely because of the recession.
Or because of his wife.
Wait, are they robbing a bank? I thought they were just bug exterminators or whatever.
they're robbers, but I don't think it's a bank
Pretty sure it's a high-end store. Probably jewelry.
Actually the fatcop cops aren't the majority.
depends on location the majority of Central Algonquin and a hefty part of Broker AND Dukes spawn endless waves of fat cops and almost no normal cops
You really want to download 25GB?
Yeah, preloading for two days isn't that hard. I would assume most people with the hardware to run GTA 4/5 will have a lot of hard disk space.
The protagonist wanted to be a "family man", but he was forced to go back to crime, likely because of the recession.
Niko wanted to live in America with his apparently rich cousin, and have a life free of crime. Look where that got him.
Wait, are they robbing a bank? I thought they were just bug exterminators or whatever.
With Kalashnikovs? Those bugs must be pretty damn big.
With Kalashnikovs? Those bugs must be pretty damn big.
GTA V: Kafka
TakeTwo held a financial conference call (recorded live) at 21:30GMT tonight, with a possible hint at when GTAV will be released. The quote is shown below: "With our diverse lineup of industry-leading franchises and focus on operational excellence, we continue to expect fiscal 2012 to be another profitable year for Take-Two on a Non-GAAP basis and fiscal 2013 to be one of our best years ever, with Non-GAAP net income in excess of $2.00 per diluted share." Source Their Fiscal 2013 is from April 2012 - March 2013, so from what they said, we can expect GTA V to be released between then, as the GTA series is by far their most profitable franchise. I love that there is so much hype for this game that the hype is being mocked. That's when you know the game will be a treat. Let there be GTA
Am I missing something or wasn't it already confirmed for holiday 2012?
Do you guys know the secret of "Liberty City, it's over" Poster?
Do you guys know the secret of "Liberty City, it's over" Poster?
Which secret, the one that the rip remotely resembles the LA coastline, or the page behind the 'rip' is a poster from Vice City?

I've just finished reading The Official Playstation Magazine UK's GTA V trailer analysis. According to the analysis the "Liberty City, it's over" Poster is similar to the poster of a film (New York I love You). The movie is all about multiple characters and stories lines. It features several disparate people all linked together by one central character which could be Mr Old Guy. I think GTA V's plot will be something like that.
The poster is also fake just saying that might be important
What? It was in the EFLC manual.
A hand-written advertisement for Mollis can be seen in the trailer for GTA V.
Where?
Where? [editline]8th November 2011[/editline] Not even sure if it's in San Andreas.
Yes. Yes, it is. I will find the damn proof myself. When this stupid poster thing came with EFLC everyone went crazy. It was proven to be in the older games in the sex shops or some shit. Edit: As I thought, porn shop in VC. I'll get a proper screen in Steam or some shit.

I have not see it in any of the older games at all. It being in Vice City is fucking bullshit right now. How the fuck can idiots believe that shit off a cutout picture. Obviously I'll stand back until I see further unedited and unmodified truth, but until that, it's still bullshit.
