I bought GTAIV Complete Edition on Steam, but never received EFLC, and attempting to play either through gtaiv itself prompts GFWL to tell me to buy them. God dammit all.

SR and GTA don't go hand in hand. GTA has gone towards sewius busines and SR keeps it WTFBBQ style. I like it this way.
I hope they [I]finally[/I] improve the lighting effects on the police cars.
Saints Row (the first one!) had better effects than GTAIV.
It would be nice if they would optimize it, so we dont have to buy a 1k$ graphics card to run this on low.
I think, the thing I want the most if that they release mod tools or something, so we have player made Multiplayer, like San Andreas Multiplayer or Multi Theft Auto, respectively.
So we can have some fucking roleplay and custom modes, not the shitty TDM ALL THE TIME.
Playing through GTA III again. Ah, the memories.
