Yes, it does mean the screenshot is fake. Why the hell would they suddenly re-use an idle animation FOR THE MAIN CHARACTER when every GTA game had the main character using a completely different and really distinct animations. And the environment already proves that it's 100% fake.
Rockstar's youtube just favorited Sepultura's Dead Embryonic Cells, maybe it will be in the game ?

They all look like regular mountains, which can be found in a fuckload of places.
Water was like jello in GTA IV, I really want to see how they would improve the water, but not in a way that we need a SuperComputer to run

Once you hit the end, there will be a leak. The farther toward it you go, the more the game would lag until you hit it ad the game would instantly crash. I guess most people would consider it a glitch.
I guess, the end of the map will e more varied, since the game will most likely take place in San Andreas, I guess we will get never ending deserts in addition to never ending oceans.

And I thought it looked better with the "medium" setting than with the "very high" setting. The texture was too often tiled and it looked like a texture in most of the shitty Gmod maps.
I want to know how they're inten ding to keep the series fresh. I can't think of a bigger leap for GTA rather than planes.
