GTA IV was set on the eastern seaboard, if I recall correct on that side of the country it's more grey and the weather isn't as sunny as the west coast

They whip around everywhere at 210 MPH and when they smash into a car they get out and beat the driver to death followed by taking it

I found that hilarious in GTA SA. A tractor doing 20 on a highway, blocking traffic and two minutes later the entire road chased him with golf clubs.

I remember back in Vice city I had a shootout in front of the ice cream factory. I was about to make my escape in a helicopter which I had parked just outside when an ambulance flew off the road straight into the side of my helicopter, slammed it into the building and made it explode. I have never trusted ambulances since.
the biggest reason why I'd always get mad at the SA drivers was the game's physics
