No, what we're saying is there is no actual meaning. Somewhere it might be because you can buy drugs, somewhere else it might be because someone died, somewhere else it might be part of an initiation, and for all we know people might be throwing shoes up there for shits and giggles. There is no true meaning to it.
If I look outside my window I can see lots of shoes on wires, but I don't think anyone's been killed in a gang fight around here, and I don't know of any drug dealers here

Well... Re-Installing fixed that for me, no other legal way away from that error.
Anyone want to play GTA4?

Yeah, with Max Payne being delayed to May 29, I highly doubt we'll see a release for the 24th. Some people on reddit were saying maybe a big reveal, like a trailer or the release date.

There are a couple of graveyards in Libert City like one in the north east corner of first island.
I tried googling it and I didn't find anything on that. Are you sure about it?
