I don't even see the need to have anything relating to a "relationship" system in GTA. What is this, the fucking sims? I hated babysitting fucking Roman, and going on "dates" made me feel like a dirty human being. What an irrelevant set of shit for a game about crime and murder. It didn't expand the story, it didn't flesh out your character, it didn't really provide any sort of benefit. It was completely supplementary, and I don't see the reason for it. Even *IF* it opened up new missions or whatever, that's still retarded that you have to go through some pseudo-social minigame bullshit just to unlock said mission.
Really, there's absolutely no need for any bit of that part of the game. I'm not saying it'd be an atrocity to leave it in for GTAV, I just don't think it should be any sort of priority at all, and shouldn't effect us players that really couldn't give a rats ass about any of it.
I liked Niko as a protagonist all the other ones didn't sit so well, Claude's an absolute tool and Tommy, CJ and the rest were ok but they lacked the eastern immigrant 'tude that Niko had.
I also hope that they expand a little on the customization of the PC like in San Andreas.

My piece of GTA fanfiction is that Claude's a mutated, domesticated Gorilla who was too retarded to learn human speech.
If you ask me, Niko was the most badass. And in a way, the most connectable.
Think about it. He's a war-torn immigrant (like a gamer who's played lots of previous games and is about to embark into a grand, new game), and like most gamers, he doesn't feel much remorse when he kills somebody.

At first I asked "Why?", then I counted how many radio stations GTA IV had, which was 19 of them.
Nine was mostly the primary number of radio stations in the III-era; guy might've influenced it on that.

GTA III took place in Liberty City, and so did GTA IV. It's possible for them to redo old locations. I hope they don't, but it's possible.

I think it would be the penultimate game in the series, the pinnacle of the biting American satire that is Grand Theft Auto. And since 2012 is an election year it is ripe for entertainment value.
