The logo is in fact important. The V symbolizes the Five US Dollar bill, which in turn, could symbolize the whole theme of the game.

I'll bet they're gunning for a holiday 2012 release but it will get delayed into March-May of 2013.
I only say that because the time it took for GTA4 to get release from its first trailer, March 2007 to its release in April 2008.

A friend of mine today told me that the trailer had been leaked onto youtube, but taken down almost straight away. Apparently he saw it, but I see no news or information about a leak.
Anyway, I know it most likely is not true but he said the release date is 12/12/12. I will definitely be surprised if it turns out to be.
