I'm really doubting San Andreas as a whole. My money is going on Vice City followed by Los Santos. Venturas would also be a possibility. I'd love a new city but I just don't see it happening.

I'd be happy with an expanded SA. I doubt they'll decrease the amount of play area anyway.
