Tommy Vercetti is like old as fuck, he might be even dead. And iirc GTA IV/V takes place in a different story canon from III/Vice City/San Andreas

I just hope they designed the freeways to serve an actual purpose. San Andreas did that quite well, but GTA:IV just looked like they said "guis, we need some expressways in this game! quick lets just throw some here!" If I-5 is included in the game, I hope they'll include auxiliary Interstate highways like Interstates 105 & 405 that actually do what auxiliary Interstate highways are supposed to do.
The route shield in the trailer should be larger though. can't really tell if the font matches.

Unfortunately, this is probably going to be true about it not being on PC at release. We need to remember Rockstar hates the PC for whatever reason (and I hate Rockstar for that.) Remember GTA:IV? It didn't come out on PC for a while after console release. RDR Never came out on PC. I wont be surprised if we have to wait half a year for a half-assed shotty port job that will lag like hell even with the best computer.
Game looks great, don't get me wrong, but dont expect anything good to come out of Rockstar for us PC gamers.
