personally, SF was the most uninteresting of the three cities.
As long as there is a huge ass countryside to roam around in i'm happy.
The roads in SF were so fun to drive on to me, that was most of the appeal.
ITT whining about unconfirmed facts. All that has been shown is the trailer, nobody knows what the map is going to look like.
I will admit that it's seeming likely that only Los Santos and some outlying countryside has been mapped, but it won't be the tiny Los Santos as we know it in San Andreas. The map will likely be at least Liberty City sized, and that was fucking huge.
Anyway, San Fierro was the worst part of the entire game and Las Venturas wasn't nearly as impressive as it could have been.

I wonder what kind of cars will be introduced.
Please have a shit ton of easter eggs and a bigfoot...
I still wonder about the music. We better have K-DST or a spin-off of it.
I'd also like a news, weather and traffic talk show station.

Well, WCTR was based in Los Santos so...
I'd like to see older iterations of cars like the Admiral, Intruder, Premier, Bobcat....
And ones that were previously in GTA before, like the Mesa, Yosemite, Wayfarer...

There's a truck that looks like a Land Rover Series II without the top.

Possible leak of the map that has been floating around the internet.

That's a Mesa, parody of a Jeep Wrangler.
If I can get my Mesa I'll be happy.

Nah those are pretty rare, not something you'd see all over the place.

No, to me the one on the right is probably a Mesa (now 4-door). The one on the left looks sort of like an older Land Rover.

I hope we can port our stuff from IV with relative ease as the engine is the same.
And yes, I'm assuming a PC version will come (eventually).

Unless "surrounding hills, countryside and beaches" somehow represents completely different cities, I'd say its confirmed that it's exclusively Los Santos.

I'm guessing the line in the center is a freeway?

Nope, Vinewood boulevard.
I was looking forward to deserts and casinos. Oh well. Hype meter reduced.

Considering they already have a gigantic ass layout of Los Angeles for L.A. Noire, I wouldn't be surprised.
Don't want to get anyones hopes up but at 0:57 I'm pretty sure that Says Las Venturas FWY (for freeway)

EDIT: Looking on the better quality one on rockstar's site it doesn't look like it.

How on earth can you read that?
You hoped so much that your mind made you read Las Venturas.
A dvd can only hold up to 8.5GB which, yeah it's only a problem for the 360, but when Rockstar made GTA 4 they made in on xbox, and then ported it to other consoles. So the limit is probably holding things back.
Some games have multiple discs though, so I doubt that this is why they are only going to do some parts of SA.
[editline]3rd November 2011[/editline]
Plus all the other limits that consoles have (512MB RAM etc)
A dual-layered Blu-Ray has 50GB of room, which is more than you could reasonably expect a PC user to download. I don't know if any PS3 game has ever come close to that limit though.
Actually this reminds me, if there's no San Fierro does that mean no Gant Bridge, with its "Bridge Information" and "There are no easter eggs up here" signs?
