God I hope they don't switch engines, it would be a total kick in the balls to all the modders, I've just recently through the SMP group gotten a hang of scripting on the X-ray engine, if they go and switch it I'm gonna be pissed.

There is one thing in all the Stalker games that I noticed you can't do and I hope they put this in the game. You need to be able to take money from people you kill. Same for the secret stashes you can find. The money is invisible in Chernobyl and no one seems to have any on them. It would be a way of getting money besides missions and selling shit.

[/QUOTE] The various FPSBanana guys did a good job with their weapon textures, but S.H.A.R.P.E.R. could be better when compared to Qarl's Oblivion texture packs.
If it can capture the atmosphere and immersion of Shadow of Chernobyl with Oblivion Lost, great. If it can't, well...I still have SoC.

You can't make huge open world maps without crashing or dropping major FPS. The shadows are terrible and have to be faked 80% of the time. The lighting is very generic and static, and almost anything with rounded edges has to be modeled then put in the game because hammer will take a shit when it comes to curves.

Emissions need to be more dynamic than in Clear Sky. I think it would be cooler to have them happen out of nowhere, not every time I enter a new area.
