Duty is funded by eastern European governments, who don't exactly want a bubble of fucked up space-time physics on their doorstep. Freedom is funded by NATO countries who really want to study it and don't really care that some civvie lives might be threatened because they're not theirs.
Iirc, mutants having an attitude towards you is due to their attitude not being set, so the game takes the one from the last person you met.

Chrispy's PDA mod is fucking ingenious. Come to think of it, making it use a site containing certain CoP-related info, like stash locations, could give some interesting results.
Chrispy, I hope you set your script up to scrape FP, it would be hilarious to see shit people are saying here get picked up all the way out in the Zone. It would also be cool if Thorny had an AMK-style radio feature that worked similarly.

We do have StalkComms which works like the AMK news/radio system but much better.

The fucking game spins me around like a record whenever a bloodsucker claws me or even an Izlom hits me. There's nothing I can do about it even with cam_inert 0.1 oh well, time to go restart SGM and try to play through quests I never even knew existed, like the warehouse thing seriously, i just read it from the wiki and was mindblown, i never knew i could give the PDA to Shulga or something

I've made this small addon to SGM, it changes the way medkits works, preventing you from just spamming medkits during battles and adjusts the resistance/health of enemies, making combat more fair, not necessarily easier, anyone interested?

How do you edit the health values of humanoid mutants in CoP? Unlike, for example, Boars, they don't have a health value. I am confused.
