Another stitch..
Any ideas on how to edit the radiation resistance levels? I go near the ship to get the artifact for beard, and it just riddles me with radiation, then afterwards you fight the guys, you still are getting radiation on you, either take all the radiation, or bullets to the face. So I want to amp my resistance up a tad, so I can stay in the ship for the duration to take cover.

It's not hard, shoot the guy asking for the artifact with your gun, run forth and shoot the guy on the right, place antirads in F3, press F3, hide in that small booth on the walkway and then snipe the last guy from there.
It's just three assholes, it's not a big deal.
Or let him get it, run after him, shoot him in the back, loot the artefact and then run to Skadovsk yourself WITH his loot.
Like a total rat.

Radiation is already piss easy in the game and you want to make it even easier ? Urgh... Why don't you just save money for the anti-radiation booster you get from the medic ?

It's kind of funny how once again the first encounters of the game (Sawmill and Dredger) are significantly harder than the rest of the encounters.

And 2034 makes the stalkers seem like normal people again when you realize that most are too afraid to go further than a couple hundred meters from their station, the biggest badasses go for maybe one kilometer. None enter higher than the ground floor of buildings.
Book Artyom is the biggest badass of all.

While he is incredibly badass, his daredevilness would get him killed if he wasn't the main character.
I mean holy shit I've never seen so many cases of "Curiosity (nearly) killed the cat" so many times as in Metro.

Then again, if he was turned into a Monolith fighter and wasn't killed by Strelok in SoC, maybe he could shake off the brainwash like Strider/Rogue and become a mercenary leader.
Or maybe he's still serving the Monolith and would be one of the "boss enemies".
Did anyone had a problem in Call of Pripyat (Redux mod with v1.05b patch ), when a npc dies the game crashes :v: The problem started to occur after a blowout ended. Killing any mutants doesn't crash the game btw

Aw man, now I gotta play Clear Sky again. I really hope Scar makes an appearance in STALKER 2. A badass legend such as himself doesn't deserve to be taken by the Zone, only run through it getting robbed and delivering three grenades to a squad that doesn't survive more than five minutes.

Best animation I've ever seen in the series.
I didn't really find Scar to be a memorable character in CS for some reason, maybe because he's not as handsome as Deggy or Strelok.

He's certainly not handsome, but he's a huge badass(who can take on a whole faction by himself and get away with it), the first guy on record that got superpowers after getting hit by a Great Blowout, and the only guy that managed to find Strelok and foil his plans, unfortunately sealing the fate of himself, Strelok and all of Clear Sky. He's also a huge deadpan snarker, he makes quite a few comebacks at certain people throughout the game.
Can somebody do me a favor and help me understand where all the levels that have featured in old SOC Betas, CS, and COP all fit into the grand Chernobyl map geography? If such a map doesn't already exist then I hope someone could help just to make things fit in more.

The Generators area was just North of the CNPP, Dead City is between Army Warehouses and Yantar.

In the real exclusion Zone the placement of Pripyat west is completely bonkers, it should be actually NORTH of the CNPP
