more like SWAGON
Should i invest in alchemy or restoration :/
Should i invest in alchemy or restoration :/
Restoration has a lot of very useful perks, but it all depends on your preferences.

If you have a lot of magicka then restoration but if you have barely raised your magicka alchemy would be a better choice.
Question.
How convenient would Shield with Destruction Spell be?
Actually it's very efficent. If you are very good at blocking then no matter how hard the Melee-orientated enemy is you can sufficently absorb their attacks, knock them back, heal yourself and blast them at the same time.

Spellbreaker, the greatest shield ever.
At lower levels that is.
So I started doing my own fun playthrough as a mind tripping Argonian, who uses Illusion, Alteration, and Conjuration, with a little speechcraft. I will summon the dead and make those who oppose me cower in fear, as I turn invisible and hide in a corner.
UESP has the whole weekly cycle of a merchant in Oblivion. Who the hell followed him around all week just to write it in the wiki?
All that information is under the AI Scripts in the Construction Set.
In a neat table, in near-english.

Everything turned out much better after the dark brotherhood and thiefs guild though. :)
Looks like a grandma lizard decided to take up adventuring.
Cue arthritis to the joint jokes.
Whiterun Guard costume progress:

Armor is done (might be lengthened a little), and my sword is on the way.
Now I need a shield, boots, pants, and some cloth for that scarf looking thing.
Good work! I look forward to seeing the rest of the costume.
Also, on the topic of wikia vs UESP. I find that the wikia has information presented in a bit more of a general-user friendly way, and tends to have a lot more information on specific items than UESP does. If I try searching for a unique weapon or armor on UESP, I tend to get a page that lists unique items, and only get the item name, ID, weight, value, base damage/armor rating, and enchantment (if any). It never tells me where to get it from, how to get it if it's gotten from a mission, or anything else. Whereas the wikia will have a page dedicated to it with notes regarding lore, how and where to get it, etc.,.
UESP's great if you want to learn more about the game's mechanics, or need technical information about something. It's just most of the time I want information relevant to my playing the game, not trying to mod it or something.

my magickas about 210
Okay, CK should be coming out within the next two weeks and I want to be busy when it does. Anybody have any other suggestions?
Organise save files by character or place
No essentials, when an essential dies the associated quest is failed
More underwater content
No fast travel, carriages are more expensive and they actually have to drive you
Mortar and Pestle
Banks in Solitude and Windhelm
Tent and bedroll
Can grind skulls into bone meal
More NPCs
Add books from previous games in place of ruined books
Packhorse to buy
Gardening
Stronger currents
Boats
Stop random people from talking to you
The Assassin
Flaming arrows
Better Blacksmithing (no more 500 daggers and you can make daedric)
When someone gets near you walk up to them and say one of the guard lines.
Oblivion has some funny moments.
Like after I killed rufio, I slept in his bed, and then the assasin dude acts as if it's a big secret he's dead. Dude, he's 5 inches from where you're standing.
Just met 4 Daedra outside Rorikstead. Got my self 4 Daedra Hearts.
And they used Iron Daggers...

Checking out some mods since I haven't played skyrim in a while and got a little bored.
Found the midas magic mod:

I saw this mod in oblivion but wasn't that interested since I never used spells, but I'm an awesome wizard in Skyrim. Is it any good? Would you recommend the "Reactor" version or the normal "Vendor" version?
I decided to explore parts of Skyrim I really haven't been before, and some things scared me. Like 3 nirn roots right next to each other. could be found at the camp that is down stream from the Half Moon Mill.
[t]http://img254.imageshack.us/img254/7947/tesv2012011516414480.jpg[/t]
And I really should stop watching Dragon Ball Z again, I keep thinking I'm a Saiyan when I use magic.

Apart from Midas magic, are there any other good magic mods? Like faster casting rate and things like that?
My friend calls lightning storm the kamehameha.
It fits well actually, that thing fucks up anything in its path.
So a Dragon attacked Riverwood and killed Sigrid.
Alvor was not pleased.
Huh, it was the other way around for me.. Alvor was killed, but Sigrid doesn't gives a fuck about it to the point of thinking that he's still alive.

This one seems different, perhaps better. Those ice and frost beams look sexy, though that's probably because I have a hardon for beam-type spells in general.
A mod idea i mentioned is a gypsy caravan trader

Anyone else having problems with FPS dropping and loading times shooting up recently?
I used to have quite decent FPS and load times of a few seconds, now the game is lurchy everywhere and it regularly takes several minutes to load.
So i became a [sp]Harbinger[/sp] in the Companions, and guards keep saying "Now I remember - you're that new member of the Companions. So you what - fetch the mead?" Assholes.

The Khajiit caravans basically are gypsy's. Just not as colorful. And without a wagon.

Same here. That was the last thing a guard has ever said to me.
Also, The Final Fantasy soundtrack is working but not quite done. I need to replace a few things, fix some, and remove others.
The fix is in two combat songs where there's a huge silence at the end so battle music starts, lasts a while, then nothing while the battle continues.
Replace a few combat songs because I thought of better ones / They don't quite fit.
Remove some of the background music (Not part of the final fantasy soundtrack) Because it clashes too much and feels out of place.
So, hopefully I can quickly fix these and still release it today.

Mod idea: Kajiit caravan wagon.
