Except for J'zargo. He's so full of himself it gets on my nerves.
I had J'zargo as a follower. he was cool until he got killed by some bear. also I feel like i've done just about everything. I'm level 35 and i've been running around trying to look for new quests to do but I just keep getting those miscellaneous quests which are meh. I'd like to do the companions quests but one of the quests won't show up in my quest log for some reason.
Nexus in a nutshell: http://skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=6502 Men with boobs and plastic hair.
I honestly don't know whether to laugh, or be disturbed. Besides, if I wanted my character to look like a chick, I'd just use the "sexchange" command. [thumb]http://i.imgur.com/2xeCa.jpg[/thumb]
Any mod out there makes Chests/Cupboards/Dressers categorized?
Why would you know the name of everybody in the tavern the moment you walk in?
Irregardless it doesn't matter, you could talk to the people in the tavern and ask them their name. It's an implied mechanic as you probably WILL talk to them. You can't talk to to bandits. You have no communication with bandits other than the taunts they shout at you. All they are and all they ever will be to you is a bandit. Can't say the same for most townsfolk [editline]19th January 2012[/editline]
It's kinda funny really. They added those randomly generated radiant quests in an attempt to add life and replayability, but in the end it's almost as if they make the game feel more dull. Personally, most of the time I don't even do the bounty radiant quests. They're so dull and they pay so little you can usually make more money faster by chopping wood.
The latter is really the problem. You can make crazy stupid amounts of gold from smithing or enchanting so I dont get why they dont pay a reasonable sum of gold for radiant quests.. ala 500 or so for killing a bandit leader.
this fucking morokei mask always turns my face invisible. It happens at random times. invisible one minute and fine the next. is this a bug or something or what?
this fucking morokei mask always turns my face invisible. It happens at random times. invisible one minute and fine the next. is this a bug or something or what?
Happens to me too, looks pretty funny when also wearing arch-mages robes.
I got tired of how the thief guild made me threat the people of riften, so I turned into a werewolf and went to rape the hell out of them, but....THEY ARE INVINSIBLE.
So, who did you turn into blades? Lydia is my first, can't decide for the rest, thinking of a Mage and Companion.

I haven't done any work at all and I have a bit over 160,000 gold and 4 fully decorated houses and 1 un-decorated house (because for some reason I can't buy rooms in Windhelm, maybe because I killed their Jarl because of the Imperial quest? :v:) All I do is pick up loot and sell it. Potions stack up like a bitch because of alchemy and loot and some potions sell for several hundreds, my house is filled with all the gems I've found in the game so far because I have enough problem trying to sell off cave loot and some things have so much value I just have to store them because I can't sell them and gain what they're worth. Smithing materials are also found everywhere, mining is useless. Money is useless because poisons are useless, magic is boring (and you find most spells through loot), materials are found in dousins whilst doing quests and lockpicks are everywhere (got over 100 of them despite lockpicking every chest and door I find).
Jesus Christ! The Deadly Dragons Mod on Hardcore.... It's like they're invincible [editline]19th January 2012[/editline] One more question: How much damage does your current best weapons deal? (Any type, except Spells)
Decided to go through all the diseases in the game and change their description to something more like Morrowind. (In fact, half of the descriptions are taken straight from there)
How much damage does your current best weapons deal? (Any type, except Spells)
Can't check it now since I'm at school. But I believe it was a 64 damage elven mace and I have a perk for one-hand to take double the amount of it's damage rating. So estimated at 128 damage without being sure.
Why not both?
Morrowind had names for just about every NPC. Every thug in a cave had his own name. Every vampire, bandit, slaver and mercenary. The flip side of it was that they never respawned, so a cleared dungeon was a cleared dungeon. Oblivion/Fallout/Skyrim rely on leveled lists for Type of Bandit, random race/sex (From a set list, hence the lack of Khajiit Bandits for example), equipment type and equipment. Randomised faces were possible in Oblivion/Fallout so I don't see why not here, and random names would be a nice addition. Just to add a sense of these being people and not just generic baddies.
Irregardless
Heh.
I almost want Lizard bro for fallower, but I just slapped some heavy legendary dragon armor on Lydia. She's had my back from the beginning yo. You can't just say bye to someone who sat in your bedroom and ate every scrap of bread in the house.
I prefer Mjoll the Lioness over Lydia.
I prefer Mjoll the Lioness over Lydia.
Just got her as a companion, as a matter of fact. While some of her lines tend to be repeated, it's better than all that thane thane thane thane thane that comes out of the housecarls' mouths.

Are there any mods out yet that allow you to track down (for example, put a mark on your compass) the Barenziah stones? Using a guide that listed where they can be found, I've manged to find 22 of them. I'm assuming one of the two I haven't found is at Fellglow, but I went back and checked again and it isn't there. No idea what place has the very last one, I've been through the whole list (unless it's at a place I've already visited but haven't checked again on the list of places).
Anyone here used ArtifactEnchanting mod yet? It let you put THREE enchantments on 1 item.
I can't find this anywhere.
Replaced a few adventure themes with Ectasy of gold from the good and the bad and the ugly. If anyone wants I can upload it.
It's on his page.
It's still v2 on his Skyrim Nexus page.
Actually nevermind about the two last barenziah stones. Turns out when I got them from the Jarl quarters in Whiterun and Riften, I forgot to save both times.
For those that downloaded the Final Fantasy soundtrack, I found another file that needed to be fixed. http://filesmelt.com/dl/music7.rar Just add the music folder to your Data folder and overwrite. (It was only 1 song.) Also, the original is here: http://www.mediafire.com/?tdbe6c0pccbce2i Just put the music folder into your Data folder. Out of curiosity, how many people here downloaded the file?

When I was resting at the Bee and Barb inn I only realized it was music added by the mod and not actual music by the devs when I was leaving the place :v: also, because of the positive ratings/reply, I started the little adventure noting thing. It's my first time doing this so excuse any mistakes, I'll try to fix them! Interesting so far. And thanks for the positive response.
