Why can I upgrade my weapons to Flawless, but not my armour?
Because you don't have the skill / perk for it.

It's Forsworn armour. And even without the perk, I would be able to upgrade it to Flawless as my smithing is 60.

Right?
Started yet another character (my 6th so far. Their levels are 30, 16, 15, 13 (newly started one) and 5. Fuck, if I had stuck with 1, i'd have done everything possible in Skyrim now. All the quests and such), and kook everything that wasn't marked as owned in Dragonsreach. Everything. And a few valuable items that were. I noticed that I could sell stolen items to Ri'saad, that Khajiit caravan trader, even though I hadn't completed the Thieves Guild quest related to him. At least, I remember selling a stolen circlet to him.
Useful for me to have an outlet for my stolen goods without having to go to Riften and start the Thieves Guild questline first.

Right?
The perks allows you to upgrade them double as much than normal.
But I dunno, try this and see if that helps: Smithing Perks Overhaul.
The cat-'stache is pretty cool
No it kind of makes them look like a child molester.
I came up with this today although it's not a very good idea.If we have a Randy Savage mod for dragons,we should have a Sergeant Slaughter mod for the slaughterfish.
ehh I don't really like the hair on the khajiits
it looks so half-assed compared to their actual fur
Anyone else open up showracemenu and edit their character to have greyer hair, more face complexion, and scars the more they progress? I look like this now, after the main quest.

Now to use showracemenu to make myself an argonian and rp. woo
not the hair, but the idea of giving more scars is good. I might do that.

I don't know what perk relates to Fur or Forsworn armours though. But on my other save, which has all Smithing perks, I can upgrade it to Flawless at most. Which is weird because Flawless is the last tier of upgrade you can attain without the perk.
there should be like a 3% chance of getting a scar after fighting a wild animal
or some smaller percentage whichever's more realistic

That's a really cool idea actually, I should try this sometime.

I think some armors don't fall under any perk category.
there should be like a 3% chance of getting a scar after fighting a wild animal

Would be nice if e.g. the player gets reduced to almost dead after fighting a dragon, and gets a scar from that; or gets nearly roasted to death by a master mage's fireballs and gets severe burns, most of which heals with time or potions, but one particularly bad part e.g. point of impact that is scarred.
speaking of worthless wolves, there really should be less of them. every 2 minutes, there's a new pack of 3 wolves that try to attack you for no reason and then instantly die, it's so annoying. fighting them isn't even fun.

that's a great idea for my new trannie character
Probably might want to add a way to remove the scars in a immersion-preserving way e.g. going to Whiterun's Temple of Kynareth and asking the priestess there to heal the scars. One could even make that service a reward for the Gildergreen quest.

broke my automerge :c
On the topic of scars, maybe they should have a low chance of getting one when on very low health.
My character levels are messed up. Listed in order of play time and story progress.
18, 11, 4, 27.
This confuses me greatly.

I'm sorry, what?

They don't, that's what the mod fixes.
I want to fucking kill the little girls so badly in this game. They're all sassy bitches who will probably grow up to be controlling as hell. I would be doing a favor to their future husbands.

It's a running joke in Bethesda games to make the unkillable children annoying as hell. At least you can guy Nazeem and reload a save or something. Though it is funny to attack a child and have someone spring to your aid and start chasing an invincible kid around with a sword.
Okay, CK should be coming out within the next two weeks and I want to be busy when it does. Anybody have any other suggestions?
If you manage the carriages as physical entities then you will be a God among men.
I wish some NPCs would have randomized names using the algorithm this site uses instead of the generic "thief", "hunter", "bandit", etc. That would really add lots of immersion and give a sense of greater persistence. Maybe someone could mod it.
I'd get it confused with quest characters/npcs then.
