There's also one in Windhelm, at the blacksmith (far left right after you come in through the main entrance)

The thing i'm looking for here is how to remove all the shading effects, Specularity/Reflection, ect...
If you can't see any reflective effect on people's skin, then try lowering your texture, try 5-6.

Doesn't "set timescale 1" in console do the trick?
I want a mod where you can equip instruments like weapons and play them to npcs for money. If you play Age of Agression all imperials get boosted and stormcloaks get pised of and vice-versa. Things like ragnar the red make enimies dance and are therefore stunned, and the dragonborn comes scares off dragons.

Ragnar the Red should cause everyone to attack you.
Going to play DA:O untill the patch 1.4 comes out, playing Baldur's Gate on holiday got me in the mood for that sort of game.
So, I recently discovered two glitches. Glitch the first: every time you dismiss your follower, their starting gear respawns in their inventory, thus they permanently "lose" carry weight.
Glitch the second: followers can pick items up using the command menu [I]way beyond their carry limit[/I].

Does anyone else thing Dual-casted fireball shouldn't just stagger, but should send them flying? Like in an Unrelenting Force manner.
Makes more sense than just the target standing there confused and on fire.
