I tried using weapon and armor fixes but then it classified my arch-mages robes as hooded so I couldn't wear the morokei mask with it.

If you change race it'll fuck your skills.

Also upon exiting your greater powers (namely active effects) will be gone until you save, exit to menu, and load up and then they'll be back.

Verify the integrity of the game cache, if you installed any mods, remove them, or try a complete reinstall. That's all I can think of.

I verified the game cache, but the problems were present before I used any mods so I doubt that will help.
I'd prefer for a complete reinstall to be a last resort.

Found another issue with my enb problem after I fixed the first one. For some reason the config keeps changing contrast/brightness settings on it's own damn will and for some reason it does this mainly when I start a fight. And it doesn't pull back the settings so I'm always left with a 150% darker screen :suicide:
at least the glow is nearly killed off!
