Normally I dont take TES's storys seriously enough to have morally difficult decisions to make, but the empire is such a clear and obvious choice.

Wish they provided a peaceful alternative to the civil war though, its sort of testament to the lack of roleplaying options in TES that your only option is to go to all out war. You're basically forced to [sp]kill ulfric stromcloak or general tulius[/sp]

I believe it's caused by having a disease, go to magic > active effects, and see if there's anything in there about reducing any skills. If so, take a Cure Disease potion.

Meh, I don't regret my Stormcloak decision on my main character. I keep my Officer's Armor on a mannequin downstairs in Proudspire, though. I realize I severely fucked up by taking the Stormcloak route and I just..."Well shit." I ended up buying a bunch of gear and lost a ton of funds buying it instead of crafting it. Once I realized I did that, I went to Riverwood to "live" at the inn for a time and chop wood for money. The super-Nord Stormcloak hero ended up marrying Carlotta and moving to Solitude.

Check diseases first. There's also a bug where it just randomly drops, the bug can be fixed by progressing the skill to its next level

Nope, nothing there.

I got something from a bear trap earlier... took a Cure Disease potion for it though, and it went away from the Active Effects menu.

It's not that the imperial doesn't have the guts to stand up to them, it's more about the Imperial being more passive about it to not cause the direct death of a shitload of Nords unlike what the Stormcloaks would do.

Well, after two and a half challenging hours I've finally fixed up that enb issue I had with the glow. Had to go through every damn setting in the enbseries.ini and found out it was these two buggers causing issues:
