Sanguine is the best daedric prince ever, he's the kind of guy i'd love to have a beer with.
So I was doing that dark brotherhood quest where you gotta kill the bride and not a single person gave a shit when i killed her. in fact nobody is even aware I killed her meanwhile I literally just walked up in front of her and stabbed her in the chest with a dagger. no bounty or anything haha

So is the Skyrim mod steam workshop going to be worth rebuying Skyrim for the pc?
Is this game as good as it claims to be? The only roleplaying games I've enjoyed are Fallout 3/New Vegas and Mass Effect. Is there any place that has it on sale?
This game is for sure as good as it claims to be, and you seemed to have played a Bethesda made RPG like FO3 or NV, you should be fine controls and feel wise. Now it is slower then a Fallout for reason being that its a fantasy RPG. If you are looking for lots of content and a good story then pick it up, if you are here for a quick and easy fast paced game then don't pick it up.

[editline]28th January 2012[/editline]
I think I've hit a mental block when it comes to playing Skyrim. A while ago I finished the main quest and I'm wondering what is the point in continuing. I've already beaten the Thieves Guild, Dark Brotherhood, and Companions questlines. I've maxed my smithing and have Legendary Daedric everything. What's the point of playing if I already have tons of money and the best items in the game?
Make another character that plays completely different with his/her own rules Seriously that's like the whole point of these games, they are basically fantasy simulators where you try out different character archetypes and pretend you are a wizard
Just hit 100 Enchanting. I have no idea what to do with these forty Banishing Iron Daggers..
Do we have any idea when the mod tools will be released? I haven't been reading this thread but I remember they said it would be this week. Other sites are saying January and now it's the 27/28th and its a friday. Sorry if this is common knowledge by now, but I don't feel like looking through 126 pages.
Haha, my dearest Lydia is a death machine. Gave her a sword that does 52 damage (at least with my one-handed skill level, i'm assuming hers is similar to mine) plus 21 fire damage. She fucking rips and tears through mammoths and giants now, especially with her armour keeping her alive almost indefinitely :D
Just hit 100 Enchanting. I have no idea what to do with these forty Banishing Iron Daggers..
Sell them
Fair enough, my next goal is to just wait for a sale.
i can't really feel the need to start a new game
Just hit 100 Enchanting. I have no idea what to do with these forty Banishing Iron Daggers..
1. Put them all on the throat of the world 2. Fus Ro Dah 3. Start looking for them
Alvor was the sole victim to a Dragon attack on Riverwood yesturday, does another person come to replace him? Oh, and I still haven't ventured to Markarth yet.
Nazeem came up to me once again today and mocked my absence at the Cloud District again. I've had it with that smug bastard. I'm going to capture his soul, put it in a ring and name it "Nazeem." Let's see YOU get down to the Cloud District now, bitch!
whats the cloud district?
Alvor was the sole victim to a Dragon attack on Riverwood yesturday, does another person come to replace him? Oh, and I still haven't ventured to Markarth yet.
His wife should replace him after a while.
Man, I'm so mad. My computer got fried in July-ish. By then I preordered Skyrim. Got it on November 11th. I have had it sitting there, mocking me, for 2 and a half months now. I tried playing it on this laptop. It runs fine on high settings, until it bluescreens after 5 minutes. Rage.
i can't really feel the need to start a new game
same, I tried to start another game but I just got bored pretty quick. It just doesn't have that same feeling you get when playing through it the first time.
Retexturing the nightgale armor is weird, had to set the chest armor to completely pitch black to get it to darken just a bit :v:

how exactly do you unlock shouts you have learned? I have so many and i've been playing for quite awhile yet I only have the shouts you get from the main quests
Spend Dragon Souls to unlock them iirc.
