Why is it that pretty much all the head enchantments are magic-based? Fortify Archery is the only helmet enchantment that's useful for a non-magic user.
Assuming the CK will come out with the next update, the CK won't be out today.
final version [1.4] won't be this week
About 7 down: http://twitter.com/Bethblog
I suggest you to change Thor to Stendarr.
Great idea. Doing this now. [editline]28th January 2012[/editline]
I'm seriously doubting the Workshop will allow the nudity mods, retextures, or model ports. I'm fairly certain that it'll just be mods based off vanilla content. Reason I say this is because, as Garry has said about his Steam Workshop features, mods are currently limited to 40mb. With the vanilla game, all you have to do is record positions of objects, drastically cutting down the filesize. With mods involving custom content, you not only have to record positions of those objects, but you have to download the model files, texture files, etc, as well. The comparison being that a pure vanilla house mod can be all of three or four MB, whereas some crazy castle using all custom models and textures can reach into the tens or hundreds of MB. So, I'm willing to guess is that if you want mods made of vanilla content in a plug and play style, you'll go to the Workshop. An upside is that you don't have to wade through all the duff in the Nexus that you may not be interested in, such as Anime Waifu mods. If you want your Waifu mods... The Nexus is always there. Staring. Menacingly.
You could always have the workshop download be the ESP files, and then in the discription link to required textures files from Nexus or another 3rd party website.
Why is it that pretty much all the head enchantments are magic-based?
[flowgraph image] While visual scripting is a far cry[...]
lol I get it also regarding the complaints about enchanting: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=3313
If they paid me to moderate the workshop and get rid of the nude mods and anime shit, I'd spend hours upon hours of time sifting through mods.
Just realized how badass a Farcry 2 healing system would be to remove arrows/ice spears from yourself.
It'd be pretty neat to have it change depending on what you have equiped, like if you get spreared while you have a fire spell in one hand, you just melt it with the fire, whereas if you don't have one in your hand it takes longer to remove, since you have to pull it out or wait for it to melt.
A hardstyle composer made a tribute to Skyrim.
I would like to see actual damage on my armor. Like when I got hit in the chest with a warhammer it is all dented in and so on.
A hardstyle composer made a tribute to Skyrim.
My ears hurt. Was that video supposed to do that?
A hardstyle composer made a tribute to Skyrim.
People actually like this kind of music?
A hardstyle composer made a tribute to Skyrim.
Well that was silly.
I would like to see actual damage on my armor. Like when I got hit in the chest with a warhammer it is all dented in and so on.
wouldn't make sense unless the player were to not take damage if intact armor is present
Todd lies once again.
I would like to see actual damage on my armor. Like when I got hit in the chest with a warhammer it is all dented in and so on.
That would be great if armor actually needed to be repaired IE: When smithing was actually useful and not just for grinding up to get Daedric armor. [editline]28th January 2012[/editline] I remember when smithing wasn't useless, like when you could repair armor, not just make 1,000 daggers to get Daedric like everyone uses it for. They should have kept Mysticism and killed off Smithing.
Oh wow. I thought this was hilarious. You know the Helga that's a bit kinky. You know, Tusk in her bed, Shackles and Lusty Argonian Maid under her bed. Well... NSFW http://i.imgur.com/Helga.png NSFW Pretty much unrelated. But I found it hilarious.
I just realised, the combat in this game is really slow.
I'm not too sure if I like or if it might actually be interesting. It needs to have cogs and steam and shit, like the Clockwork weapons from Fable 2. The pistol isn't too bad, though.

Speaking of the Dwemer, I had an idea for a DLC involving them. You know how [sp]Alduin was basically sent into the future with the Elder Scroll?[/sp] Well, what if a similar thing happened to the Dwemer? The DLC could involve [sp]discovering that they've returned,[/sp] but with the catch maybe being that they're outright genocidal, or they can't communicate with other races. The main plot point could be [sp]a war with the Falmer, who have apparently been preparing for an attack on the surface for some time. You could be faced with the choice 'Falmer or Dwemer,' though that seems like it has too obvious of an answer.[/sp] This might be either totally ridiculous or too big to cover in a DLC, or both. But hey, it might happen.
Wasn't the creation kit supposed to come out this week ?

Found this Skyrim review. Pretty creative way of reviewing a game if you ask me. Surprising it doesnt have more views
Goddamn, I just finished the mainquest and I don't want to go back to Skyrim. I don't want to leave [sp]Sovngarde[/sp], but the door to the Hall is closed. Damn you, Bethesda. I want to make a mod with the return to [sp]Sovngarde[/sp] and more quests there, but I am not sure if I will even be able to make it. Shit's sad.
What is that anyway? O_O
I believe it's from Lady Gaga's video or someshit. Apparently that is Lady Gaga.
